This was my first trip here. Admittedly I didn't know what I was on for, I was invited by a friend. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious. We were a party of 7 well aged adults. They told us if we wanted to sit together we'd have to go find a table in the family section. It was much louder and much more obnoxious there with all the Ohioans turning their feral loose to sprint through the restaurant.Our server had to be on her last nerve. That poor woman was pulled in so many directions. But she never missed a beat, our food was fantastic, perfect as ordered, and she kept the drinks flowing all night. She needs a raise. Like 12% Frickers, get on it. The other customers in her section were reminiscent of Sarah Connors customers. I swear I was waiting for one of the spawn to drop an ice cream scoop in her apron. If thos poor woman didn't go home and shoot the neighbors barking dog she should be confirmed right now as a Saint.Any how, the food was great. I had the BBQ, bacon cheddar burger and the beef was larger than the big bun. I ordered a basket of onion straws and was stuffed by the time I left. Portions were great. Food was hot, tasted fresh, and just a pleasure to enjoy.The atmosphere would probably keep me away. It should be clear I don't like people much. But man if I'm hungry for a burger and willing to deal with the racket, I'll be back.

Wrong order, my bill was $30 and got someone else's wings, 50 Boneless teriyaki, 25 Sweet chili lime, 25 medium boneless, 4 chicken Sliders, 2 orders of pretzel and cheese , chicken Caesar Wrap. Thanks for the $30 dollars worth of food. The lady at the front door SUCKS. !!!!! you all are the worse service ever. Who ever wanted that original order bet he was pissed as well.
We had called in advance about our party of 12, however when we got there it was VERY disappointing. There were plenty of tables of 6+ that were being used by 2 people.. Ridiculous..The green shirt employee at the front desk wasn't any help at all, another employee said it herself that she was useless. The food wasn't very appetizing either, don't recommend.
