I came here today at about 730 to pick up a doordash order I received, went to the door, and it was locked, it said to go to the other door, so i did, it was also locked, the third door had a sign on it that said they were closing early at 7pm. I went through the drive through, where nobody came to the speaker, so I pulled up to the window. There was a sign that said pick up orders should go inside (LOL) There were employee no more than 5 feet from the window eating and drinking a gossiping. Every. Single. One. of those employees looked right at me and did absolutely nothing. When I didn’t leave, they eventually grabbed their food and relocated to the back of the store, out of view of me. A few minutes later two employees walked back in sight, looked right at me, laughed, and then went back to the back. At this point i decide to knock on the window, nothing, so i knock again, and FINALLY somebody begrudgingly comes to the window, and says they’re having a ‘company party’ and that they are closed and can’t make the order. This place was probably the most poorly ran restaurant I have ever been to, incredibly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, and drive the extra few miles to a different location.

Love ordering on the app. Food us always ready when I pull up. The butternut squash soup is always rich & delicious. Get the chicken chipotle sandwich!! Best chicken I've ever had! Fresh, juicy, great flavor.

Went to pick up a rapid for my pregnant wife. They messed up the order on multiple level: 1 they forgot her extra sauce, 2 they gave her only broth for her chicken soup, 3 the mac n cheese tasted like straight plastic. When I waited to ask for her sauce, I looked straight at the manager for over 10 minutes and he purposely avoided me. Then I had to go wait in line to ask the cashier to fix the mistake. She was super helpful and got it taken care of. The only one who is competent at this Panera. Go to the Tropical Smoothie or something else in the area instead of here.

Showed up at 8:00 PM, store suppose to close at 9:00. Staff said Frappuccino maker was broken. When asked about tea, broken as well. Ask for a smoothie and their blenders were also broken. The reality when pressed and asked to speak with a manager, they had cleaned everything to leave early and were flat out lying to me as a customer. Horrible service and true lack of leadership at this store all wanting to do the bare minimum. Go somewhere else if you have a chance.

I bought a half of a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich through the drive through. This is the Only thing I order at Panera and I usually love it. When I bit into this sandwich it did not taste good, it did not taste right. When I opened the sandwich I saw slimy chicken that was clearly still raw! Very gross, was very nauseated! I paid $8 for an sandwich thst was not edible. I called them and they offered a refund, but I will never eat at this Panera ever again!

Most of the time it’s fine but 3 times now I’ve been given expired cream cheese. I ordered 4 in one order yesterday and 3 of them were expired. I get it happening once because things do happen but 3 in one order is not ok. I dont realize it’s expired normally until I start eating my bagel and realize things are off (I get chive and onion so it always smells different so I don’t notice by that)

Sadly the service is terrible compared to other locations. I keep trying this place hoping maybe it gotten better with the service despite how overpriced the food is. Nope!

Placed a larger order for work and called the restaurant right after the order was placed online to ensure there would be utinsels included & a woman answered the phone and acted like we were weird for making sure they would be there. Then what do you know, order arrived with zero utinsels. I called them back to see if they could send us some as we are in an office setting and do not have them on site. All they could tell me is that they had no drivers on site and we were basically SOL. Wouldn’t be much of a deal normally, except that we’ve spend over $200 this week alone at this location so it’s kinda annoying we can’t even get utinsels on a $100 order on 2 different occasions- especially when you call ahead to ask!

Good food prepared quickly. This is a nice new building at this location however this day we visited the floor was super sticky everywhere like someone mopped the floor with sugar water… kind of gross. But it was probably a one time thing. We will be back for the food and convenience.

Just double-check your order before you leave. I ordered on the mobile app. The receipt was correct, and the order was wrong. I didn't know until I got home 15 minutes later.

Placed order online and got a text it was ready, but when I get there they say it's going to be another 10 minutes. Canceled the order. Update: they charged my credit card for the food they never gave me, told me it would be a week to get a refund a week later no refund and now the corporate office is saying they can't refund the order because it is owned by a franchisee. They just stole my money, be careful they are thieves.

Save your money. Waste of time. Never get the order right. Things are too expensive to get wrong. I’ll never eat at this location again. I’ve given them multiple chances because of the convenience of location. But don’t be fooled. It looks like somewhere you could drive through and get something to eat but in reality they just take your money, give you something inedible and in the end you stomach is no more full, but your wallet is now empty too.

So, my last experience was probably my last with this location which makes me sad. I was overcharged for my food (I don't blame the cashier bc he was a sweet kid and I could tell he was new, but damn lol). I waited a hella long time for my sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. When I got it, it was poorly put together. Seeing as how long I waited and how many of the ladies were back behind the counter, kicking it and doing whatever. I was a little disappointed in my whole experience.
