I love eating here but unfortunately it looks like they are closed permanently now all the signage is missing off the building very sad for all the people that work there they were very nice hard-working people

I have to say that our previous experience at this location a few months back was awful. One of those "I'll never go back" it was so bad. But, yesterday, we thought we would stop for a quick lunch. I'm so happy that we did. Everything was perfect. The selection of food was great and seemed to have more variety. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The Cheeseburger station is unique and fun. Our service was excellent, Stephanie kept our glasses full and cleared plates immediately. We had a great time and will definitely go back.

This review involves the Dayton Mall location. GCB had a recent makeover of the interior & food quality and the results are great. The food is almost always fresh, hot & delicious. I love the seafood salad (which they make fresh there), the fried chicken, the baked potatoes (regular & sweet), and all the deserts. We go there a couple times a week. This place can get busy sometimes (which is good). Congratulations to the management for doing a buffet right.
The food has went down hill, the boss was complaining to her staff loudly about the coffee not being free and threatening to garnish wages over it. Seems like they need a new boss. The young girl picking up after us was just wonderful.

It was very good. I enjoyed the chicken, pulled pork, bourbon chicken, sweet potato, salad, some fruit and ice cream and cheese cake. The server was very nice and refilled our drinks very well. We went way before dinner time and it was not as crowded as dinner time.

Golden Corral Franklin is a great place to go to anytime whether you're by yourself or with family or taking your grandkids out. Great for kids. My grandkids knew how to behave very well and are well-mannered. I just wish other people's kids when Anna restaurant such as this would supervise their children better. Some people out there just don't have proper etiquette or common sense that you need for a buffet. Foods always been good wait staff knowledgeable and courteous
