Picked up my order , full slab dinner. Ribs were tough n chewy. Baked potato was overcooked and turning gold. The celery in my salad was turning brown. Not impressed at all. Husband got the filet , no problems there except for brown celery had to be picked out of salad. Used to be my favorite place. Not anymore. Will not go back.

Best bbq chicken and ribs in town. Love the house dressing, nice and garlicky the shrimp cocktail, great spicy cocktail sauce delicious. Thank you Gary and team. Always a great dinner.
If you like trendy, small plates or vegetarian food this is not the place for you.If you like consistent delicious basic good meat n potatoes meals @ reasonable cost...You should love the food and atmosphere here.Staff is friendly n competent .. Food prepared consistently with good quality,taste and generous portions.The BBQ chicken is my favorite. Know many that swear the ribs are the best. The house salad is a must.Love the shrimp cocktail. Even the sandwiches are good.I could go on but decide for yourself.If arrive @ peak times be prepared for wait but usually seats in bar area.Privately owned.. second generation family who care about their customers.Parking: On the north side of building... Also some street parking on South side.

Salad and the brown bread were great. My pork chops were ok. My friends ribs were very dry and burnt on top that they tried to cover up with bbq sauce. Waitress wasn't please when asked to send back. Overall prices were awfully high, $25 for broasted chicken.

Food is not fresh what so ever...u can tell by the fries...sautéed mushrooms that was just warmed up in its own juice...steak was mediocre...the coleslaw is from a tub like from Gordon's.It was not worth the cost you pay for the undress made food you receive..

This is an old restaurant but it is truly very good! Any steak you choose is made perfect! Filet mignon is made perfect for me and husband gets the porter house or the T-Bone. House dressing is very good. Service is always the best. Steak meal is about $40 a person not including drinks - well worth it! Make reservations and they actually hold your table open so there is no waiting when you arrive. Recommend!

This was my second time going to this restaurant. First didn't leave much of an impression. The second we went with friends for a birthday the ONLY nice thing was the waitress!I ordered a porterhouse along with two of our friends. Two came out smelling odd. I took my first bite, tasted funny. Then my friend said the same. Second bite...terrible...spoiled meat.Ordered Ribs to replace...they were tough, tasted freezer burned. Terrible!!! My husband's steak was mediocre at best. We paid over $100 for the crappies food. I would've felt better flushing my money down the toilet.My friends steak was bad, ordered a different cut. His bill came they up charged the steak. Couldn't even charge the same price!Manager was arrogant and frankly an idiot. Not even an offer for a dessert or discount on the meal. Never ever again will they get my money.
