I drive past this place everyday. I've always wanted to stop and eat there because the food smelled good and I support small businesses. So yesterday we decided to eat here and the first thing I noticed was how clean and tight knit everything was . The lady's behind the counter were very helpful and respectful, everyone was nice. So we waited for our food to be done and took it home to eat . Granted the prices seemed a little high, but if you want good BBQ usally it's not cheap. But the food we received was far from that. The ribs were very dry along with no flavor. All 3 steaks we go were over cooked and very tough . To the point we just dident eat them. The baked potatoes were not completely done. And the chicken was very dry. From a small businesses in kettering the customer service was great. But for the over $100 bucks we paid to eat here the food was not made with care nor was it worth the price. Just to throw most of it in the trash. Seems to be a kitchen issue.
My dad and I have been going here for years. I'm a fan of the ribs with corn pudding and sweet potatoes casserole. Some times I order a party size corn pudding and sweet potatoes casserole for the holidays. We always treated like family.

A friend and I went here on a whim and we're not disappointed. Food was amazing, we both had ribs and shrimp. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Definitely coming again!
I eat here frequently. They have good barbecue, but if you, like I am are a huge lover of stuffed cabbage rolls they have the best in the world. They also have a great coleslaw. The service is good and you can talk to other customers in there it’s very laid-back friendly atmosphere.

Excellent bbq in the north. We are from Florida and Georgia. So we judge bbq seriously. The meal was excellent.I jad the ribs and chicken bbq meal. Their bbq sauce is homemade and very good. It was a sweet red sauce that was not overly sweet where you can't eat more. This meal is NOT a first date meal. You wear that sauce. Haha the steak fries were perfect side, allowing you to soak up the sauce. The baked beans were good, but nothing to make a special trip for.My wife for the cabbage rolls. She had these as a child and they took her back to her mommas kitchen. I've never had them and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of flavor they had.She also got the hot slaw as a side. This vinegar bomb of a side was so good. We laughed at one another as the overpowering vinegar flavor and smell made you involuntarily cough. But man, they were great. I don't even like slaw traditionally.
