She also explained the sauces and went over each option to make sure I walked away with something I'd enjoy. I'm sad I didn't know about this place sooner!! I was feeling something fresh for dinner, and Kupbop did not disappoint! I ordered a bowl with beef, lettuce, purple rice, spicy pork, cucumber, bean sprouts, corn, potatoes, and cheese. The sauce I enjoyed the most was the Beijing sauce. It had wonderful flavor that tied in all the bowl ingredients perfectly. The only thing I would probably want changed is the type of cheese. The cheese was good, but I may have preferred a mozzarella instead. Otherwise the meal was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back! The restaurant was clean, tidy, and not busy when we went for dinner on a Saturday night.
