Waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and large fry (curbside pickup at 1:30pm). I had to literally call the store to check on status of my food. When I called they hadn't started it yet.Go to the McDonald's on Merily Way. Much better service during lunch time.Edit: The manager compensated me for the delay (before posting this review). So, I'm upping my 3-star service to 5-star service. It's been a while since a restaurant compensated without being asked! For that reason alone, I'll give them another shot.

By far the best McDonald's my wife and I have been to in a long time. We order through the app and dined in. Angela was the young lady who brought us our order. She was so genuinely friendly. The store was very clean including the bathrooms. You could also tell what a great leader Angela was just from the respect her younger coworkers gave her.
The food was good and hot and the employee who served us was friendly. However, the table was dirty and the restaurant had a suggestive song playing followed by a song with profanity over the restaurant speakers. I wish they would've created a family friendly environment with the song choices. Other than that, it was a fine experience.

It's a shame when you go to order from Brandt pike and they have no egg MCmuffin, and then the coffee was old and hash brown was cold, It's one thing when you get cold coffee but it's another when you pay jacked up prices for slop and that's exactly what it was "SLOP". make sure you read this folks before they takeit down. Because it's not like they are gonna make this review any different then another review WHAT A SHAME.

Food was very salty, I ordered a camel sundae they didn't tell me they were out and gave me the tiniest Carmel sundae so I went up there and they finally told me they were out of Carmel and gave me a chocolate one. I'm allergic to cholochate but it's okay, still was good, worth the hospital trip. Witnessed a chicken get dropped but it was fixed. one of the mangers picked it up.
