Waited an hour and not seated, only to be told the we could be seated but not served food. The kitchen was overwhelmed with Door Dash orders. Many tables empty. Milano's needs to decide if they want to be a campus cafeteria or a stand alone restaurant.

Ordered cheesesteaks and Grilled subs. The cheesesteaks are very dry. The grilled subs are not really grilled. This place is headed downhill for subs. Did not have the pizza but it looked good and that would be the safest choice. The pretzel sticks for appetizers were the best of the food we had. Also, I think our server was just bad. When she did decide to come to our table she never checked in on the food. Told her the issues when she brought the check and just said sorry. Not the same place for me it used to be. If we weren’t starving or if the server had come sooner I wouldn’t have even got this far. Left the rest uneaten. Had to dip the bread in ranch dressing it was so dry.

Had the worst experience ever. Heard a manager an another employee talk down to a was disrespectful to another employee calling him. Names. Like retarded slow dumb a lots more then the employee was told if he reacted or said anything he would be fired.

Ordered a ham and turkey sub with NO onions, tomatoes, and mayo but lo and behold I open up the sub to see tomatoes and mayo all over. Wasn’t aware incompetence was a requirement to work there. Not to mention that I clarified the specifications before they gave me the order. Don’t go here.

My wife and I frequent the location on Brown Street and I will say sitting in or ordering from the bar had been a Good experience however, I went there tonight and it was awful ordering in the carryout side. The young lady that was taking orders and juggling everything that was going on was awesome but the food and time to get my order was really bad..sucked. 40 minutes later order was not correct at all. Had ordered the wedges with a chicken cheese steak which she had to go back and get those, to get home and find out that I had a cheese steak was disheartening to say the least and the sandwich was awful. I don't think that I will be going back to that location.
My FAVORITE place for pizza. I go a hour or the way at least once a week to grab some? The employees are super friendly I feel like I went to my friends house to hang out.

Online it says open until 1 am and when I called at 11 the lady told me that I couldn't order food she said I had to drive there and order a drink before I could order my food because she was short staffed I asked if I could order for pick up and she said no .....bad management 2 nights in a row
