No Name Cowboy has the best beef jerky ever! The different flavors are incredible! Even the spicy flavors start out with great flavor and then the heat builds later. Give them a try!

Wow. I ordered a sampling online....six or seven selections gave us a nice heat profile and flavor expectations. Did I say "Wow"?Flavors:Everyone had a different favorite. Sufferin Baaaa was probably the "if you could only pick one" favorite, but Black Pepper Garlic anything and Sufferin Bastard were remarkable as well. We could taste that they use well trimmed top shelf beef. What we did not expect was how great the lamb jerky tasted. Every lamb flavor was someone's favorite. Everyone liked the BBQ beef very much but it was nobody's favorite.Heat Report: I'm a fan of heat to enhance the enjoyment of food. We (Americans) sometimes take a good thing and improve it until it's toxic. There is a culture around making food so spicy that your eyes water, mouth burns and nose runs when you try to enjoy the food that it is intended to compliment. This isn't that. The spicy flavors are indeed spicy but in a way that elevates the jerky instead of incinerating your ability to taste it. One diner headed for the milk, but he doesn't spicy & breaks a sweat when he uses too much ketchup. Me and My Pal:These Jerky treats, made for humans and their canine companions, stole the show. Comments ranged from "marketing brilliance" to hypersonic tail wags. There is an upscale dog bakery (seriously) in my neighborhood. Me and My Pal treats were ranked better than everything there by 3 out of 3 neighbors.I will order again soon (and often).

Best beef jerky around, definitely a hidden gem. The hot teriyaki garlic ginger keeps me coming back for more.

Real jerky made right there with real meat chunks. This is not an outlet, it is the factory. Real jerky should have a j*** or at least a tug. Most other stuff barely has texture. There are some great flavors here and the place is somewhat Cowboy themed. Pretty cool.

Finally had a chance to stop in and check this jerky store out. This place is all ran on word of mouth, they offer 100% beef jerky and made the old fashioned way, tough dry jerky, they offer in variety of flavors, all done by hand and butcher knife, and hand bagged right infront of you, the flavors on the jerky are fantastic. They also offer bacon/burger meat frozen by the lbs.

Stopped in because me and my fiancée were curious about it...met by the wonderful and cheerful owner of this establishment. I noticed the Tombstone post on his wall because it is one of my favorite movies. Gave us a sample and it was amazing. We purchased a 2oz bag and we will return for more once more flavors are available. Keep up the amazing service and friendly spirits. Thank you
