I swear every time we order here, they forget at least half if not a whole meal. My husband ordered a bigger plate today with two orders of orange chicken and one of fire cracker shrimp. He got home and saw his box had no entrees in it. Just chow mein and fried rice. Not to mention the chow mein in both our bowls is burnt.

We were asked to wait 5 minutes so we could have fresh chow mein. We agreed but then our order was given to someone else who left the building with it. It was returned and then handed to us. Turns out it wasn't really our order either. My order included the correct entrees but incorrect side dishes. My husband's box had the correct side dishes but incorrect entrees. Not sure whose order we ended up with. When Panda first opened their chow mein was really good. The chow mein that was in my husband's box was dry and flavorless. Very disappointing.

I'm a sucker for panda, but honestly there are few fast-food restaurants that deserve that fifth star. They don't do anything above and beyond. I like the food, but I don't get great service. I get okay or fine service. The people here don't seem to love their job.

I’ve never had any issues with this place other than maybe some constant items being out of stock. A minor inconvenience but rather apparent, still great food depending on the dish. Beijing beef always seems to just hit the spot when you’re craving Americanized Chinese food.
