Today, I visited the Panera Bread on Brown Street and ordered chicken wild rice soup, a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich to go, along with two chocolate chip cookies, a small coffee, and two ice waters. Unfortunately, my soup had a piece of hair in it, which was really disappointing. It's crucial for restaurants to ensure food quality, as finding foreign objects in your meal is unacceptable. Additionally, the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was missing avocado, despite being told they were out of avocados; however, no discount was offered for the inconvenience. I've been a loyal Panera Bread customer for a long time, but this experience has made me reconsider. Perhaps it's time to take a break and focus more on cooking at home to both save money and ensure quality.

Orders are incorrect about 50% of the time. Coffee is always empty. Today they didn’t even start my order until I arrived and asked them about it, even though the app said it was ready.

You stole my money off my gift card didn't give me anything no food no money tried to speak to manager couldn't give me no information you just robbed me and your app sucks. I hope I don't have to file a small claims lawsuit against your company but I want my money or my food had to pay someone to come pick up nothing.
Got a bacon Turkey bravo and one tiny slice of Turkey and a half piece of bacon. Rip off.

My first and hopefully last bad review I will ever write.I went to Panera at 10:13 am on 28, Dec for the first time. Two ladies behind the counter and neither ever acknowledged me. They were busy in conversation while hanging signage on bread trays. Both looked at me, but said nothing. I said "excuse me," ...but nothing.I never felt so ignored since coming to America. I walked out unserved.I was told Panera has fine food, but I can't write about it because I didn't have any. No one wanted to serve me.

I stop by here I stop by a couple days ago..... Our cup of soup, a bowl of soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich, I heard a total of thirty dollars... So, I asked her repeat that order.... I didn't want the excuse for why third dollars for so little food.. She told me a grilled cheese sandwich is nine dollars.... That is unheard of. two pieces of bread, and a piece of cheese nine dollars ... That Sandwich, it's must, come with a song-and-dance. I think I live in dayton ohio, not dubai....

Went to order carryout ordered two bowls of soup French Onion, and Chicken Noodle didn't get the chicken noodle got something else which I'm not even sure it was. French Onion came without croutons or cheese so it was just a bowl full of onions and broth.
