Swear everytime I order from this restaurant my pizza ends up looking like it got tossed through a tornado. I also ask for it to be well done and it NEVER is (actually most of the time it’s UNDER cooked and doughy). Sucks because papa John’s has good pizza but this store has issues.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! They brought me my food and the girl forgot my drinks so we had to wait until the girl came back to even eat so I called the manager and asked for a refund because it took her 15 minutes to come back and by that time my food was cold. He specifically told me I could get a refund! My wife and I called several times and they declined my calls so we went down there and he refused to give us a refund and said all he could give us was $5 out of $27.50!!! Worst place to ever deliver food. This ain't the first time it has happened!!

Ordered a specialty Hawaiian pizza. I got home and it had BBQ instead of pizza sauce. No Hawaiian meats maybe 3 pieces of pineapple. I called asked for pizza to be exchanged for the Hawaiian I wanted and was told ABSOLUTELY NOT I would have to reorder and pay again for a new pizza. Now I have a not pizza that is not what I ordered. I think I will go back to Marcos or Pizza Hut...

So I normally order dominos but then for some strange reason it got cancelled, So I called the Airway Papa John's and the first ring the phone was picked up and I was greated in the nicest way said Hi this is the Papa John's on airway you're speaking to Jake what can I get for you today, was going to make it a delivery but I had switched it to carryout because i wanted to speak and see him personally because of how patient and the coolest manager there, Airway Papa John's is where it's at??

What a joke order food for delivery nobody shows says went out for delivery at 1215am called at 130 get my refund will never order from here again keep that sorry gift certificate .
This is the second time I've ordered Uber eats the first time they didn't have the Alfredo to make the Alfredo bowl that they promoting and this time this is what I got ..There isn't even enough food to cover the bottom of the dish and they charged me the same as the other Papa John's they gave me twice as much for the same price

Used my coupon, Ran out oreo bites. To lazy to call ask customer? Barbecue chicken pizza cold. Ingredients slid right off pizza on to floor. My dogs not eating it. Not eating it either. 15.50 for pizza, I always tip driver. Five min from store hr later cold pizza unacceptable.

I don't know what's going on with this Papa John's right now, but the last two times we've ordered, one of our two pizzas has been completely the wrong pizza in the correctly marked box. Last time we called and they had already figured it out and said they would send a replacement. It came 90 minutes later and was cold and we called them around the one hour mark.
