I came across Pa's during the Wagner Outdoor Experience festival at Eastwood Metropark. They had a great menu, but I finally decided on the Nashville Nachos which featured housemade fried chicken dipped in honey chipotle sauce with pico de gallo, queso, and jalapenos. Despite how busy they were, my order came up quite quickly and was nicely sized. The chips were run of the mill, the queso was great, pico good, but the star of the show here was the chicken! The chicken was cut into pieces but maintained its thick crispy coating. It was tender and juicy. It was sauced with just the right amount and the sauce itself was incredibly delicious. I could have eaten an entire tray of just the chicken! Overall there was an adequate amount of topping to go with the pile of chips. Hope to come across them again and try more of the menu!

So here I am at Yellow Springs Brewery, with three servings of nachos before me. The traditional Pulled Pork is reaffirming my belief in nachos. The Nashville Hot Chicken is making my mouth burn in the sexiest way possible. The Hawaii 5-0 is the sweet/spicy combo I crave all day, every day. I'm in love. I'm jealous.

One of the best food trucks in the Dayton area. Always friendly customer service. The food is excellent. My favorites are the pulled pork tacos and the Pig Apple. Their pork is amazing and the cilantro sour cream and pickled jalapeños make the tacos so much better than any ordinary tacos. The pig apple seems strange at first, but the combination of the sweet cinnamon apples with the smoked pork makes this sandwich out of this world.

I have been to PA's Pork several times and I will keep going back. I loved everything I had. The schnitzel is wonderful. The sauerkraut balls are the best I've ever had. The pulled pork sandwich is fabulous as well as the one with apples. The people are very personable and nice. I highly recommend them!

One of the best food trucks I have been too and I go to a lot! I ordered the Mack Daddy: A pulled chicken sandwich with choice of sauce piled up with amazing mac and cheese on a toasted bun and a side of chips. A pulled pork quesadilla with all the fixing's that was perfectly cooked and also tried the sauerkraut balls. Sauerkraut isn't my favorite but I'd recommend these with the cilantro lime sour cream to anyone who even remotely likes the stuff. The staff was very nice and talkative answering any of my questions. The prices were great and it did not take long to get my food at all once ordered! I highly recommend and will be visiting again next time I get the chance!
Happy to finally have the chance to try this food truck when the were at a brew pub near our house. The pulled pork sandwich was very tasty but the bigger hit tonight were the sauerkraut balls. As we couldn't decide between the sour cream cilantro or honey BBQ dipping sauces, the owners said "try both and let us know what you think". Well, both were fabulous! The personable owners engaged in lively conversation during our wait. Can't wait to see this truck out again so we can sample their other offerings.
