Food was great, dined in and ordered med fry and felt like it was the size of a small. Didn't say anything though so didn't give them a chance to fix it.

I had the chicken teriyaki sub with provolone cheese and grilled onions. It was very good and very filling. My only complaint was the sandwich was a bit messy.

Cheesesteak and Italian sandwich were good, plenty of steak and toppings. Drive-thru is a convenient option.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE -10 STARS I WOULD! THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER LAST NIGHT AND THEN WOULDNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. IM ASSUMING BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST CLOSING TIME AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO GET STUCK WITH ANOTHER TO GO ORDER AND WANTED TO GO HOME. MY TICKET SAID -LETTUCE -TOMATO AND GUESS WHAT WAS ON IT? I'LL TELL YOU...THEY PUT IT ON IT AMYWAY! I MEAN REALLY, HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A SANDWICH? THEN WHEN WE SHOWED UP @ 9:50 PM AND THEY COULDNT EVEN REMAKE IT BECAUSE THEIR WHOLE LINE WAS ALREADY SHUT DOWN!! THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THEY DIDNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, LOL. THE LINE SHOULD BE OPEN & RUNNING UNTIL 10 PM!! THEN SHUT IT DOWN AND GO HOME! ALSO, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY...THEY COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A REFUND OF MY WASTED MONEY DUEBTO IT BEING AN ONLINE ORDER! I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!! IF I WAS THE OWNER, ID BE FURIOUS TO SEE THAT THIS IS HOW MY EMPLOYEES, THAT EXPECT $15/HOUR, ARE RUNNING MY BUSINESS!! IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT EATING HERE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T!

Went to this Penn Station with my wife last Friday 11/10/23 at 12:00 pm. We met my father there for lunch. We picked this location over the one on Kingsridge because we thought it would be cleaner. Wrong, the guy that took our order along with the guy making the Cheesesteaks both had scruffy beards. My father ordered a ham and provolone sub and my wife and I split a cheesesteak, etc. Got our food and there was a hair in my cheesesteak. My father's sub was looked so bad, xhardly had any meat. Anyways, I will never go back to Penn Station again. Look at the health inspection reports and I guarantee you will never want to here either! Gross, gross and gross and the people working there!!!!

Usually fast service unless they are extremely busy. They are good about getting your order correct!

Surprisingly the did was good considering how the place is not clean and the cook that I had was dirty and he kept putting the food close to his dirty apron. He should not have had the food in his hands long enough for that to happen. And he put a condiment on my beginning sandwich that I did not want, I told him it was a mistake and he put that bread with the wrong condiment up above the grill instead of throwing it away. Mind you, it was around closing hours, So I have to think that he was going to use that bread for another customer the next day...yikes!That turned me off and I will not be going to that location anytime soon.

Picked up my order. Got in my car and drove away. About to pull out onto the main road and here comes a young man running, to tell me I forgot one of my sandwiches. Crisis averted!

We came in about 30 minutes after open. The floors were sticky, the pop machine looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a week. In fact I believe I got a bug in my Mt. Dew. The Fry's were also soggy and bland. The guy taking the order spoke to softly to hear well. Bad experience.

UPDATE 7/25/23…received a phone call from a gentleman named Keith Calvin from Penn Station last evening to get additional information and background on our experience from 7/23. What a guy, he was sympathetic to the situation and understood our concerns. We had a great 10 minute conversation and I must say because he took the initiative to follow up made with me made quite a difference in my overall opinion of the store and I’m looking forward to going back when time permits to enjoy their wonderful sandwiches. Thank you7/23/23…Been going to the Bellbrook Penn Station for years. Today we had the absolute worst sandwich and got nothing but back talk from the little manager. The usual crew wasn’t there today but if we ever go back and see the same crew a bunch of younger girls working the place we’re running. Absolutely the worst. Arguing that she ran it through the oven twice. We order it that way every time we are there so we know it how it’s supposed to be cooked. Unbelievable
