Listen if i could give this place 0 stars i would! I went here on Saturday and order a six inch cheesesteak and I only ate half of it and started to feel sick! 30 minutes later I began vomiting for multiple before going to the hospital! I was told I had gastroenteritis caused by food poisoning and this was the only place I ate at. NEVER go to this place it will cause you to have intense stomach problems, I've already reported this to doordash as well as that's where I ordered the food on!

This is the second time doing an order via door dash that has been incorrect all the way through. Missing a complete item and the other item was incorrect ( asked for no mayo and no pepperoni). Door dash re-ordered it again. But visiting the location the first time I had to watch the order be made twice due to inattentiveness. The second (today) I called and was on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up once I saw door dash taking the liberty by resending the order. If it’s incorrect again I will add another review. This used to be a long sought out sub place and I am very dissatisfied with how the service has become.

3 stars for phone orders…the food is still good, but you may or may not get what you ordered. Here’s a sandwich we just got with ZERO meat on it, when it was supposed to be turkey. The large fries we ordered was a medium at best and the other sandwich we got had tomatoes when we asked for no toppings. Plus, the girl on the phone was rude.

Horrible service. Called in my order. Was told it would be 15 minutes, waited a half hour to get my food. I use to get this EVERY DAY!! Place went to hell with the new crew. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, AND WOULD NEVER BE GOING BACK !!!!!

The two black employees currently working there (November 2023) stood around doing nothing while the white lady had to get all the food and ring us up. Took a while because she had to do literally everything while they just talked. Reparations aren't a thing, especially in Ohio. Owner needs to fire those two lazy animals. (Which calling them such, is an insult to the rest of the animals that actually contribute to their own ecosystems)Vegetarian options: Veggie options limited by two awful employees that do not care. Ordered 1 sandwich on the way home from work, pulled up to the window 30 minutes later. Was asked for my name... 20 minutes later someone different asked for my name and 20 minutes later I was handed my sandwich. I ordered 1 large steak with no cheese, extra steak. Steak and bread... pretty easy, right? Slip on the bag says large steak, - provolone, + steak. Sandwich has less than half of the amount of a regular steak and some sort of dressing I couldn't even identify. I wish I could post a photo. 1 hour and 10 minutes for 1 sandwich... 40 minutes extra at the window... 16 dollars for a pile of mush that definitely couldn't identify as a "sandwich". Tried calling the store 3 times with no answer. Not worth the trip back from vandalia to even argue. Disappointing to say the least.Dietary restrictions: Its almost impossible to get a sandwich without cheese... even when the ticket on the bag says no cheese...

Food was sub par .. service slow and it was not busy… missing small fry . Manager was nice and thanked us for our patience, so that was a plus !!! We don’t frequent that area so for that reason alone we probably will not go back .
