We waited an hour and forty five minutes for our order after the app quoted us 45 mins I called after a hour and ten minutes and was told the pizza was on its way and it would arrive hot then twenty minutes later I got a email saying it had just left the store when the pizza arrived it was coldWe love Romeo’s but after being lied to and getting the cold pizza it will be hard to trust them againTwo weeks later I still have not heard from anyone at Romeo’s after sending a email like they asked me to this is definitely the longest we have gone without having Romeo’s hopefully they figure out these problems before they lose more customers

This place has been going downhill since we began ordering from them. At first it was small things like missing garlic cups or the wrong ones, then moving onto missing toppings on the pizza to not getting the pizza that you ordered. Not getting my pizza due to the store mix up was the last straw. Also worth noting is that if you select one of their "Deals", you can't use any other coupon with that like you can at other pizza joints.

t was our first time ordering from you. The ordering was fine and a coupon was applied for being a first time customer which was awesome but from there it went downhill. The order was to arrive in 45 minutes. It did not. I called when it was 15 minutes late. The person on the phone said she would look into it and put the phone down. I heard them talking back and forth and having problems knowing where my order was. I waited 5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. They said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I asked why and got no answer. They said the driver came back in and took pizzas so it should arrive. I asked if they knew for sure that my pizza was with the driver and they said they thought so. Our pizza arrived 15 minutes later, making it 30 minutes late. No surprise it was not hot, just barely warm. The pizza was good, we ordered the deep dish and the crust was fluffy, like a soft pretzel, the toppings were good though the sauce was really sweet. Not a great impression for a first time customer.

I worked for Romeo's pizza and was wrongfully terminated because of an allergy to onions... I can't touch them bare handed but can use gloves. The Americans with disabilities act prohibits something like this from happening and the company refuses to talk to me. I'm about to get my attorney

Pick up was smooth, and pizza had a nice weight to it. When we got home (10min drive), pizza was still hot, and I have to say the Capone sauce, perfect for crust dipping! We ordered a large cheese, hand tossed. Both crust and cheese were good. The tomato sauce is definitely on the sweet side. Overall, it’s okay.

I love their sauce. There used to be a Romeo's in Beavercreek close to the mall. They closed years ago, so, I was excited when I heard another one had been opened. It is just as I remembered!! They are generous with toppings too!!

Online ordering was easy. They messed up on my calzone, and sent not only a correct one, but the one they messed up! The delivery was scheduled for 8pm and they arrived right on time. Everything was great! I can’t wait to get it again!

Placed an order online for delivery. Received a voicemail 10 minutes after ordering stating I needed to call and pay with a Credit Card or drive to the store with cash myself.What in the world. Defeats the purpose.
