I have eaten here many times. The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to be. The chicken doesn’t taste very good. The price is really high. I won’t come here again.?

Still my favorite place for Chinese food in Dayton. The sauces are spot on. Portion sizes are perfect. And the staff is polite and efficient.

We have over the years eaten at Royal Wok. Food was always Ok but last two times inconsistent if not down right unappetizing. We order the Peking duck. Small at best cooked properly. Still cannot understand why the serve 1/2 pancakes instead of a whole round pancake.Ordered chop suey. The dish we received had nothing in common with its name.It was moderately warm vegetables were soggy. As to the vegetables, all we got was caned water chestnuts cut up shredded cabbage probably Napa cabbage and a very meager quantity of mange tout also known as snow peas. What goes into vegetable chop suet: all vegetables are cut into large chunks or pieces. They come to you warm and crunchy not limp. The medley includes spring onion or 1 medium onion cut in thick quarters, mushroom, baby bok choy, bean sprouts, water chestnuts bamboo shoots, broccoli each is quickly stir fried or sautéed separately then put together to finish off with garlic and or ginger and a corn starch sauce, not too thick using chicken or beef stick. You may not incorporate all these vegetables at once but the idea is to have a medley of texture and flavor.Oh yes, you can incorporate beef, chicken, or pork to you liking. Even a splash of soya and oyster sauce.Sweet and sour fried pork was ok enough flavor to shadow any other cooking issues that may have been present. There was no charge for this recipe.Maybe they will get the messageWe also ordered bbq honey pork as an appetizer. Came with no sauce, dry and Cold close to pork leather.Sent it back they reheated the same portion added a little liquid and defiantly dried it out.Waiter was very nice and attentive gentleman.Your dog will eat most anything. We are not DOGS!!Will I come back? Looking doubtful depends on my options to dine.

Fantastic food, good prices, and large portions. If you look through my review history, you can tell I am incredibly picky when it comes to Chinese food. Most places just don't measure up. Not this joint- it's terrific. The food is piping hot. Even a 10 minute car ride has it still hot when I get it home. The menu isn't so huge that the quality suffers, but is still diverse enough that I could order something different every day. The sauces are incredible- most places use the same sauce for every dish. Not here. My Sichuan is spicy and a little mala. My Hunan is spicy with a garlicky note. And don't get me started on the veggies- any place that uses actual bamboo slices instead of canned little chips of bamboo is way ahead of the game. (I actually try to steal them out of my husband's entree also.) The staff is efficient and polite and had no problem clarifying menu items. ...and now I'm hungry again.

Need to work on the dumplings. Years ago the dumplings were good, now the are not as good. Rice has much better dumplings

I used to get actual chicken wings from this place but now, they are giving pigeon wings split in two. This will be my last time coming here.

This place has the best food. We use to order from the Keowee St one but not no more. Royal Wok will have our service from now on. Love how they have a English speaking person taking the orders on the phone.

would not recommend this Chinese restaurant to anybody living in the area. white guy at. the window is dirty and rude as hell when he talks to you. he told me when I called in my order would be ready in 15 min. had me waiting 45min for my food, and would not even offer to give you free egg roll or soup for long wait. definitely boycotting Royal wok! I suggest other people living in Huber heights do the same
