I’ve been to many hibachi places in the last 20 years, but Sake is still my favorite. Excellent salad dressing and everything is cooked to perfection. Please don’t ever change!

We ordered food tonight. It was awful. Salad was brown. Food had no flavor and yum yum sauce tasted like old oil. We dine here a lot and this was disappointing at best.

I am Japanese. I have eaten many teppanyaki (Hibachi) steaks in Japan. The teppanyaki here was exactly as authentic and delicious as the teppanyaki in Japan. I will definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: Children's chairs are available.
This USED to be a great place to great amazing sushi despite the service being terrible. However, now both the food AND service are terrible.

Went with a larger group for lunch and enjoyed the typical Benihana , Miyaki steakhouse type show. The tables, chairs and hibachi grill have some miles on them as does all the decor. The food was typical - a bit over-oiled and overcooked but it was a large group and I had (somewhat tough and dry) chicken. The salad had quite a bit of water in the bottom and had a large chunk of core/near core. It was nearly inedible. The soup was somewhat lacking flavor, kind of warm broth with limited seasoning or character. The fried rice had copious butter; the rice itself was appropriately cooked and moist. The vegetables were fresh and cooked properly though not lacking oil. The chef/cook was animated and entertaining.Mostly as expected for this type of restaurant except for the age of the interior, poor soup and salad. The lunch traffic was moderate to light.
First time hibachi. Will be back again.

Sake serves up the best Rat & Road Kill in Dayton, they prepare the "meat" so well that you can't even tell the difference.
