Starbucks baristas are typically top notch but the ones in harrahs gulf coast are beyond that not only friendly but make incredible drinks my only complaint is that they close at 2 I was pretty upset when I was ready for my second peppermint

Got coffee here twice. The first time the girl was rude AF. The second time, a different girl was polite but not friendly. Is it an Ohio thing? Or a location thing? It's so hard to find friendly customer service people here. And no one has any sense of humor. There is something wrong when you get better service from the BMV than the coffee shop. ?

The young blonde girl doesn’t know how to make drinks. Fourth time straight I’ve had her and she always forget an ingredient. Definitely recommend going to a physical location, not a krogers location. Even Target does really good coffee too.

It's smells like coffee when you pull up and get out. I just love that smell. It's almost enough to get me going. Then when you get the coffee it kicks in gear and really gets you a going. I enjoy Starbucks but they are somewhat pricey. So I normally only get to get theirs coffee, is when I get gift cards from family or friend and I do enjoy then Starbuck gift cards.. But they deserve a pretty decent rating other than the prices. ?
