this location aggravates me because everything is always out of stock By the afternoon. Today almost every single item on their menu is out of stock and its 3pm. If you know your business is on a busy street next to college campus Why isnt Inventory being ordered accurately? This is almost a regular occurrence. I stop here for a coffee and lunch multiple days a week And it’s always out of stock And I have to go somewhere else.

I ordered and paid for a large coffee. The girl gave me a medium. I tolder her so and she said "grande is medium" Never was grande asked for. She just shrugged and didn't fix it.

They always get it right! I enjoyed my Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It was so tasty with the blend of blonde espresso and hazelnut with light ice. I'm addicted ?

I don't know what this guys issues is but today I came in around 12:30 and I ordered two very simple drinks. A brewed coffee and an iced pep mocha. I got the brewed coffee very fast by the nice employee with the cool hair. However, there was another employee who was just talking with one of their friends and not making any drinks for what seemed awhile because he started giving me looks when I sat down by the drink drop off area and I guess I got in the way of their conversation. Well I was still waiting for my drink and it was 12:50 by now. There was another man beside me also waiting a long time for his drinks, and it wasn't even busy inside. I decided to say something to the employee after I watched them make a bunch of other drinks. Now, I'm also a barista so I know it's annoying when people try to rush you but I waited as long as I could, I had to be somewhere so I couldn't wait forever. When I asked, his tone instantly changed and I saw him roll his eyes at me when I asked for my drink. It really bothered me because I am a very quiet person and try to be as nice as possible. I even apologized multiple times for asking for it to be made. I ended up being late because they never made my drink. I understand it being a mistake, but never once did he ask if i was waiting for another drink but he asked the man standing beside me.... i just don't recommend going here, a lot of college kids work here and they are super rude. That guy really made me sad and I will be reporting him

Poorly ran, I ordered a cup of tea online and my ordered online said it would be ready by 11:07. I arrived at 11:20 and was told it would be ready in 20 more minutes by a guy named Nathan. He rolled his eyes when I said excuse me when asking about my order. I asked if I could receive a refund and was told to contact corporate. Violet just sits drinks down without announcing whose drinks are made. Drew apologize for the wait as I was walking out of the door, but by 11:32 I could no longer wait. Nathan made a comment stating “just because I’m waiting doesn’t mean he can make my drink” by this time they had cleared out the place and he didn’t care to correct the issue. I know finding employees who like and care about their jobs is difficult at the moment, but there definitely should be some sort of customer service training for correcting issues and even greeting customers. Violet looks as if she hates her job every time I come in. If Nathan would’ve said “I apologize for your wait” and corrected the issue once everyone was cleared out I would’ve understood. He was nice nasty. If you’re a college student you wouldn’t mind, but for adults who have expectations of what the wait time should’ve been it’s unacceptable. I’ll have to call corporate Monday morning for a refund. I won’t be back to this location because it’s always something, long waits, messy counter tops and dirty floors. Something!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. By far my worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Decided to go inside instead of the drive thru... Huge mistake. Nobody was in line at the register, so I stepped up. After 3 employees walked past me several times and one employee leaning over the counter 3 feet from me, talking to a friend/boyfriend, I took a step back, thinking maybe I was seemingly to anxious for a coffee. I was on a break and did not have a ton of time. After standing for another minute, I took my phone out to fidget as I was trying to figure if I was doing something wrong or following the wrong protocol. After another minute, another gentleman got in line behind me, I was thinking this would do it, this would get us service! I was wrong. After another 30 plus seconds I was feeling very unwanted by the staffll as i had been waiting now for 5 minutes. I proceeded to turn around and leave, turning at the door to see the staff still leaning over the counter and ignoring the gentleman behind me. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced or seen. I have never felt so unwanted and ignored by ANY establishment. Ever. I'd advise to avoid this Starbucks unless you have all day to wait or truly enjoy being ignored.

Cashier advised to not order because it would be 20 min. 6 people behind the counter and 1/2 full store. Keep in mind it is 1:45 on a SAT with no events or special occasions. Very odd way to do business.

Dont order the Chai at this location. Its a cup of milk every.single.time. Even if you pay for extra chai….it some how has less then the regular. Dont waste your money.

Stopped by for some coffee and it was packed with college kids. I felt the need to write a review because the team was handling the crowd very well. Specifically, Tanner was whipping up coffees like it was nobodies business - and good coffee at that. Shout out Tanner!! You deserve a raise!
