There is something special about a local Starbucks where the baristas know your name and your drink order! They even write or draw sweet love notes that are cute or encouraging or silly and I believe they really do want to help make customers’ day better. A testament to excellent management and a small town community where people still care about and know their neighbors!

My family visits often and refuse to go to this location anymore . You will wait in line for nearly an hour ...burning expensive fuel. The drinks are not made the same consistently either. ALWAYS new employees :( Often rude at window. We take our family to a great coffee shop in Tipp City and the one on Chambersburg Rd is good too.

This is the most perfect drink. Take the recipe and repeat it.Or try it again with scops of dragon fruit and pineapple ? instead of the strawberry ?.They were out of dragon fruit on 6/12..Parking: Easy access off 202. NeT the highway, easy stop on a trip..

I’m from out of town came in from Chicago last night to visit my daughter and I’ve been to many Starbucks across the United States and even in many other countries like the Middle East and such but very rarely do you find it the coffee brewed fresh and OnPoint because for some reason I can never get a cup of coffee from Starbucks the way that I make Starbucks at home but this will be the absolute first time from all the Starbucks I’ve been to literally felt like I was back at home from the very first sip and great customer service especially from the girl and the cash register that took my order… Also I asked where the washroom might be that way I can rinse and clean my thermal cup out before I pour the new cup of coffee inside Instead of telling me where the washroom was she took it upon herself to actually clean my cup she said “I can do that for you” I was a little shocked at first because no one from Starbucks ever did that for me from all of my past visits so even though I was A little thrown back by her response I agreed she literally washed my entire cup and the cap before giving it back to me such a humble and illustrious human being I definitely had to tip a second time for that one even though it wasn’t much but it’s the thought that counts and I wanted her to know how much I appreciated her for her kindness ??? it’s people like you that stand out in the world and I don’t just say this because people say these things but I mean what I say and I say what I mean and I promise you’re going places in your future probably even sooner than you think no matter who or what goes on around you stay focused and continue to supersede the woman that you were yesterday each and every day and you will get to places far far greater than you have ever imagined….. remember these four words. But first I want you to truly try to grasp the deeper meaning of these words ( “ the world is yours “???)

The line is always so long. They never have the toasted white mocha. And I HATE when they stick the machine out the window in drive thru begging for tips!! Starbucks pay them correctly

I stopped in yesterday due to my normal location being out of frappuccino mix. Ordered my normal pumpkin spice frappuccino. I'm pretty sure one of the employees was training the other one. After gettinging out to my car, I started realizing it tasted different than normal but also familiar. After a few more sips, I realized it had or was made with espresso, which unfortunately for me makes me feel absolutely terrible. So I immediately stopped drinking it, but it was too late. I felt absolutely horrible for my eight hour work day. Will never return. If i had I drank the whole thing, I can only imagine how sick I would of been.

This Starbucks is horrible quite honestly. I get the same drink from Starbucks and they never put the correct amount of ingredients into the drink. It will taste like burnt espresso or a big cup of expensive milk.I won’t be back.

Everytime I go i have to wait 40 minutes just to get my coffee. And I understand that there is a new staff or something but it’s been like this for a month now. And everytime I go through the drive thru the baristas are always chit chatting and goofing off. and half the time I’m here there isn’t even that big of a line. And when I order everytime they give out drinks that were ordered way after me. I’d understand if it was a one time thing but it’s every time I go to this location
