They closed 15 mins and I seen the staff making there own food but couldn’t make mine don’t say you close at 10 if you really close at 9:45 people get out in the cold weather to get food just to find out yall close early so maybe switch your times to close at 9:30 so we don’t have to waste gas thank

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I will not be coming back. I don't know how you make someone feel guilty for ordering two footlongs but wow. She would ask me a question about the sub then when I explained what I wanted she would act like it was too much for her and when she asked me what my order was again I explained it. She acted like I was treating her like she was stupid. It was really weird. Just kept repeating I know. Even though she asked me. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen. I almost just left without my order and would have if the other woman did not take over making the subs. I have never left the place more confused and angry. I did not get the name of the woman working because I wanted to leave as fast as possible. I have this order took place at 8:20pm on January 10th I did not get a name but I hope that helps

Placed a order online for 2 subs FL and a cheese pizza order was gonna be ready in 20 min it took me 40 almost to pick it up getting there not full at all 1 person being attended to and and to workers not a hello nothing rude customer service I said I'm here for a pick up one of the ladies handed me my 2 subs and I asked for the pizza she ask the other if it was made then between then they are saying I don't think we have anymore and then lm like its been 40 minutes since I placed the order they are just standing looking at each other not communicating nothing to me and the one who was attending to me goes back grabs a frozen pizza starts to cook it and gives it to me half cooked like WTH luckily I have air fryer at work to finish cooking it never again they should really find people who actually like the job and does there job

Refused to take a 50 dollar bill !!! We were buying 3 sandwiches and was told we could walk to marathon and get change. Something told me to go to National rd in vandalia or something because we already know what its about over there. Worst subway on the planet.

The Real American John Smith

It's a Subway. The food is always good. This location did a great job. Only 1 person was too busy listening to something on her iPad earbuds to even realize I was standing in front of her at the counter. She also seemed to be a new employee, and I would guess a relative of the owner, because no one gave her direction, they just xicered for her. They all did a good job with my food. That's the most important thing.
