Came in on my 30 min lunch break and was waiting for someone to make my sub. Only one guy Infront of me. Took one girl 10 minutes to make his sub. Which is fine but the other girl started to make my sub and walked off and they switched. But then 2nd girl went to the back of the kitchen and was doing things back there. I've always been taught in the food industry you serve your customers first. So after 10 minutes of my sub sitting there and watching the girl load bread in the oven I left. I would understand if it was busy or things were low and needed to be stocked but I shouldn't have to wait 10-15 minutes in line when there's 2 employees and one customer especially when ppl are on their lunch break. But that's probably more of my problem. I'll still give them another try. I don't expect ppl to accommodate me when I'm in a hurry but it would be nice if they would serve the

Ordered food in the app to be ready at 08:05 PM. I had 2 separate orders. Got there at 08:10 PM. Food wasn't ready yet. It took the worker 15 minutes to make the first order, 3 subs. Then they made 2 carryout orders that got there after I did. They finally made the second order. Over all had to wait 40 mins after my order should have been done. The subs barely had any ingredients on them.Terrible service!!

New employees as of 2023, service is good now. Old employees would fail to honor coupons and carried a rude demeanor towards customers, glad to see the owner finally got some better people working.

The young lady at the counter was very personable. The sandwich was made with care and toasted to perfection. The only drawback is the dining area needs some maintenance. It was clean but they were obviously experiencing roof issues.

The sandwich was good. The raspberry cheesecake cookies were garbage, way over baked. I fed them to my dog, seriously.

We just gave this subway a second chance, n it was awful. The sub bun was doughy, the meatballs cold, cheese not melted. I had to put it in air fryer to make it to where I could eat it. Defeating purpose of him grabbing us lunch so I didn't have to cook. Ridiculous
