I ordered the lunch combo and received nothing that it comes with I tried to grab my cookie and she asked me was I going to pay for that me thinking it’s apart of the lunch meal and I just ordered that instead she just put in a combo which only comes with chips as if she didn’t do anything wrong. The bread is chewy like to the point it could send you to the dentist it’s like pulling teeth trying to bite that bread ! I asked for toasted but the bread is already hard and chewy or old and just didn’t make ghf sandwich better at all last time going to that place not happy with service need to be shut down

I used to love Subby's. It was my favorite sandwich spot. The food is still good, but the bread change is not. The bread used to be sooooo soft. I miss that softness.

It's been 20+ years since I've had the provolone chili with side order of deep fried mushrooms. I was afraid after all this time, it would be disgusting like every other restaurant. But nope, they were both awesome as before, if not better. Can't wait to go here again!

Ordered a small cheesesteak combo. Instead of a Subbys cheesesteak, I got a poor imitation of an Arby's roast beef on a sub bun that was so tough was like chewing leather. Ever since the owner of Subbys started not caring about quality but how fast the orders were put out, this brand has gone downhill. Now that every location is a franchise they've really hit rock bottom. This is my last and final ever visit to any Subbys.
Just got here the website says they are open doors are locked . I tried to call them they turned the lights off . im so disappointed!!!. in this atoe. Last time I gave a 5 star . this no star!!! Sitting here in front if store calling my husband to what else he wants. So far there have been 4 other people stop by for subbys.
