If you're going to change the buns, the same buns you've used for DECADES, you really ought to give people a heads up first!! When someone comes in and buys $40+ worth of food, and doesn't find out about such a change until they get home with their food, it tends to rub them the wrong way when the new buns taste bad and are tough.Super Subby"s, it's been real, but you've lost a customer over this, and I know I won't be the only one.FWIW the store employees did nothing wrong. My issue is with what is clearly a corporate/management decision on getting rid of the old bread recipe and/or going with a new supplier, whatever the case may be.

Mushrooms amazing! But change your bread back to the old bread. We stopped eating the subs and only come for the mushrooms now.

I enjoy the club and fries. People are nice and efficient. Tables are clean. The chairs may not be accessible for the “thicker than a snicker” folks.

This owner really needs to improve on the cleanliness of the restaurant and the staff. The workers stare hateful and have zero customer service skills. The food is disgusting and cold. You are clearly overpaying your employees to not work. Do not waste your time eating here. I am surprised the health department has not been called to investigate this restaurant.

Subbys was one of my top places to eat, but since they changed the bread not so much. The bread use to be awesome but the new buns are tough which makes the subs not so

We had a large order which had several special requests. The food was perfect, and the entire order was correct. We had several guests from out of state and they were unfamiliar with Super Subby's. One guest said it was the BEST sub he had ever tasted! Thank you, keep up the great work!

Ordered, 3 people who came in after me got served before me. (These were not preorders) One man who came in after me left because they were severing out of order. I got my sandwich it was cold, not not hot, but cold like it had just been taken from the refrigerator.
Food and service has been consistently decent. Store is usually clean and maintained.

First and last time ordering from here. Waited 15 mins for my hot sub. Get home and it's literally frozen. This is ridiculous and gonna just go to Penn Station next time. Update:now absolutely crapping my guts out. Thanks sketchy sub place.

The very best sandwiches ever. I ordered the Med. Veggie and my husband ordered the Med. Hoggie with pizza sauce and cheese w/ onion. We do a lot of reviews of restaurants and online shopping markets. And we can honestly say the Best of Dayton so far. Hopefully you will order and enjoy like we did. We did not get paid by Super Subbys. We do this to help others get the best for their hard earned bucks.
