Recently ordered food from this location. Got home noticed the subs were cold and not made to how they normally make them. The manager decided that they would refund nothing of what I was upset about. All I wanted was at least one sandwich refunded and I spent more on all the food than one sandwich. No where does it say if you have any issues you must bring back 100% of the product before they will even apologize for their mistakeThis is to be one of my favorite sun shops but I'll never be back.

We recently discovered this restaurant during my husband's dialysis. The subs are so delicious!! And everyone is so friendly. Our first time visiting it was obvious we had never been here and they were very patient with us. Today we wanted our kids to experiencesuper subbies but we accidentally arrived early. We live an hour away so we were going to wait in the parking lot. They saw us and let us come in early. They were so sweet and very accommodating. If you like subs you have to check them out!

This place used to be good. Fresh buns every day, good quality sliced meat, and cheap prices. I decided to go there recently and found out through the disgusting food i ordered that it has changed. Will never be back, and this place is going down hill.

Sadly they changed the bread and it’s very chewy. Their soft sub bun is what made it. Also replaced Mike Sells chips with Miss Vickie’s. Been a Subbys fan for decades but these two changes are a no for me. (Sobs and wipes a tear) I only took off one star since these are basically personal preferences even though it was their standard for so many years. It was a good run Subbys.
