Ordered bagels and glazed donuts chocolate top, big coffee jug too.After purchasing I asked about cream cheese, I had to purchase as an extra, no biggie ordered 3 reg 3 strawberry $9.57 for 6 little cream cheeses, get to office and was given chocolate donuts with chocolate top..Never Again, I called store on Harshman Rd, Manager did not care.Very rude, frustrated toward workers and customers.I left, unfortunately workers had to stay...Officially done now with that Tim Hortons2nd...read full review
The young girl working upfront was nice and tried to help but every time I tried to get something they didn’t have it. I keep seeing similar reviews. It’s bad management. Coffee wasn’t good so I don’t see myself coming back. This was my first time trying Tim Hortons and it wasn’t a very pleasant one.

Solid alternative to Starbucks for your coffee and breakfast needs that is slightly cheaper. They are usually accurate with the order and they are quick. Their egg bites taste better than Starbucks IMO.
