This is the second time i’ve ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich wrap from this specific location and it is literally a wet soggy mess. They add six tomatoes, drown it in sauce then wrap it up. It’s not edible nor does it look appealing. Im not paying $11 for sauce. Have your employees take their time making entrees, it looks disgusting.

I went to the TropicalSmoothie . CafeOn Far Hills in Centerville. They let me order a Mango Monsoon Smoothie. After a bit of a wait I was informed that they was out of the product. I requested my money back. I am still waiting to get the refund after 4 days. All Dave the owner has to do is submit the final receipt to my bank. Now I can't reach Dave nor can I access my funds! I'll never stop there again!!!

OK. I’m just going to say the truth. There is a certain type of family buying up all the Tropical Smoothie franchises in SW Ohio (this one included) that are basically running them as family employment agencies and ripping off customers by meting out the most miserly portions they possibly can get away with. This is the before and after on my wife’s UBER Eats order when she had to drive to the store for resolution after the employees refused to answer the phone EIGHT times. Shame on Tropical Smoothie for allowing these owners to ruin their brand while paying top dollar to their “employees” (i.e. family members).

Amazing selections and wonderful smoothies! The decor and seating is comfortable too if you're looking just to sit down and socialize or relax. The location is easily accessible too.

I want to start by saying that I am not a serial yelper and the business has to be consistently and/or egregiously poor or in the reverse remarkably pleasant for me to take the time to yelp. This particular Tropical Smoothie location meets both of the above criteria for me to invest time in reviewing it. Without further ado, this location is the absolute WORST Tropical Smoothie I have ever experienced- and I experience more Tropical Smoothies than I should! The owner must not be aware of how abysmal the service is at this locale. Each time I have been here the people working seem to be of high school age and each time they take an order it is like they are infuriated that they have to work. I understand they are kids and still learning how to be productive humans which is why I haven't posted a negative review. However, yesterday 8/15/22, I experienced what has to be the rudest and worst service ever. I pulled up at about 8:20 pm (they close at 9 pm) and when they saw me they were audibly & visibly upset because they wanted to close early. I tried to order food and they chose to close the food line 40 minutes before they closed. Fine, after experiencing many eyes rolls and attitude from a short girl with purple hair I was able to order a smoothie for my daughter and me. While we waited for the smoothie the two girls were in the back complaining about us coming in at 8:20! Meanwhile, they turned away four other people who were seeking food as well. I chose to sit and enjoy my smoothie with my 10-year-old daughter in the store since they close at 9, when much to my dismay the short portly girl with purple hair comes to us at 8:50 and says "uhhh we were closed" I guess signaling us to get out? To sum it up, do not come to this location unless you want rude, bad attitude-laden service from children. To the owner, you truly need to fire the purple-haired girl because she is costing you a significant amount of revenue by closing early and single-handedly eroding your repeat customer base. Until then, I recommend the tropical smoothie on Wilmington which is also staffed by high school-looking kids, but by those who will graduate and be successful vs those who are entitled with bad attitudes.

Made my smoothie wrong twice, the first time accidentally including peanut butter (luckily I'm not allergic), the second time not honoring my substitution nor the half sugar. The smoothie was also way under blended with chunks constantly clogging the straw. Don't even bother making any adjustments to your order because they'll just make what they want to.

Smoothie was good but service was lousy, it was my husband's n I first time in there an they didn't make us feel very welcome, an took for ever for us to get two smoothies so needless to say service was lousy, probably never visit that place again .

Ordered salad because said was made with romaine lettuce, I do not like iceberg. Salad was brought home to me and was made with iceberg lettuce.
