*Edited*Val’s addressed my concern with the matcha promptly and professionally! Amazing customer service.Super cute atmosphere and yummy pastries. The only disappointment has been the matcha. I’ve ordered a few different varieties, and every time there are big clumps of matcha powder in each sip. Overall they do a great job, but I’ll stick with ordering coffee.

Visiting Dayton for WGI's World Championship. Looking for a local bakery and found Val's Bakery. Super cute! Cute patio seating, inside seating available. Wi-Fi available. They also have other products such as clothing, crystals, candles, & jewelry. Didn't have time to grab a coffee but did grab a tomato & parm croissant, chocolate croissant, salted brownie, chocolate salted cookie, and a sugared croissant. I absolutely loved the Tomato croissant. The little loved her sugared croissant. It even came with some berry jelly that she used the next day on some toast. Grandma loved her cookie. All fantastic. Wished I lived closer to try more items. Unique pastries that I will be back for next time I'm in the area!
