Service is all right, good is usually pretty good, and they are open 24/7, and yet they always seem crowded. It is always cold and uncomfortable, but it's nice to have somewhere to get coffee at 4 in the morning.

Much better service than my last visit to this location. I've had way better and also way worse at others, which is why I will rate this visit as a 3 star currently. The food was great tasting and fresh, but the employees continue to discuss personal issues in life aloud while people are trying to relax and enjoy their meal. There are some people who enjoy listening to gossip while others do not, so that is why I gave the service a 3 on this visit. As far as atmosphere, again a 3 due to the unpleasant look of both the outside coming in and the interior cleanliness during my visit.Vegetarian options: NoneDietary restrictions: It's unhealthy but very delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible with someone helping to open doors.

I really wish they would turn down the jukebox. The regular sound level is bad enough, but add in the jukebox and you can't hear the person across the booth from you.

Depending on what time you visit, you can get in & out pretty efficiently but sometimes, like all businesses, your customers dont communicate with each other and when a whole lot of them show up at once, well, with some feeling entitlement, things can get a little uncomfortable very quicklyWheelchair accessibility: They have it.Seemed like it took an inordinate amount to fill my padi melt + fries order and there werent more than three other customers.BTW....Nen's room was cleaner than almost every WH I've visited in years
