Been to this Wendy's three times first time waited 10 minutes before I could order still took another 10 minutes to get my food food was cold fries tasted refried second and third time today third time waited at the drive-thru before I ordered for 10 minutes because they were doing shift change ask for a bacon classic no onion still got a bacon classic with onion and it was not hot,total time I waited for my food again is 15 minutes I worked in the food industry that's why I don't complain but that is ridiculous, and did not get a receipt

Look, I love Wendy's. If it comes down to a choice of where I grab a burger, it's going to be Wendy's. This specific location was surprisingly slow. Staff was nice, polite and helpful. We waited nearly 20 mins for our food, which is a rare experience at most Wendy's locations. Maybe they were short staffed. Maybe they're used to focusing on Drive Thru orders. Food tasted fantastic as usual, it was the long wait and then having to request cups and sauces as they were not included.

Went thru drive thru . No drinks because out of them, no spoons for frosties ask for ranch didn't get them either. Tha biggie bag came with nuggets . Normally get regular nuggets, my grand daughter got spicy instead of regular and we didn't ask for spicy nuggets As we were waiting at window . Here they were pushing and horse playing around. Oh, let me guess oh they are just teenagers. I'm so over dealing with incompetent people. Oh by the way got chili too and they don't have spoons. Wendys, you really have some real winners working for ya!!!!

Been to this Wendy’s several times in the past 6 months. Each time was a disaster. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes in line during non-peak hours, then you will not be greeted by rude staff, then you will discover that they are out of everything in the store.

Never going to this Wendy’s again. My kids and I waited 15 min after ordering at the kiosk before someone even acknowledged we had an order. Another 5 minutes before someone finally said they were out of Frosty mix (even though they had 6 people working there and it wasn’t busy) and it would take 20 minutes to make more. No one bothered to communicate that to us and when I suggested they make sure people knew that and to put a sign somewhere, the staff person laughed in my face and started arguing how it wasn’t at all their fault. Stay clear of this place.

Two $5 meals and two kids' meals plus a lg chili shouldn't take 20 minutes at the drive-thru. The chili tasted off and they messed up the $5 meals. Not impressed this time.

They were out of all of the freestyle drinks in the lobby, the sink in the women's bathroom didn't work, the lobby area was in total disarray, and the crew seemed really non-chalant about all of the problems.

Went to order at drive through 03/12 /2024 9:30pm no answer went to window he said they are open but could not take my order that I would have to go to the lobby to order I waited in the lobby he tells me I have to order using the kiosk I told him I have cash he said he can't take my order at the register he has to take it at the drive through register he takes my order 2 5 dollar bundles bacon cheese burgersI get home 4 blocks from there the fries and chicken nuggets taste like they were there from this morning the burgers were cold meat on them was 2 or 3 hours oldI was very disappointed and angry at the service and quality of the foodI eat there often I have never had this kind of food and service
