This store is hands down the worst Wendy's on the planet! They open and close whenever they feel like it and if you are lucky enough to catch them open plan at least 20 minutes to get your food from the drive through, that is if nobody is in front of you. Then hopefully your food will be hot and made correctly, but wouldn'thold my breath though. This store needs a complete overhaul from management to staff. It really sucks because Wendy's is normally my go to fast food and this one is literally 3 blocks from my house.

Do not order from this Wendy's, ever.The food is incorrect on every order I've placed with them.Sometimes I'll go to the store to order, sometimes I'll use Doordash for a pickup if I'm short on time, either way the food is usually incorrect.The lobby doors are locked permanently, so you can't go inside to place an order, you must wait through the usually packed drive thru line.They won't correct any food orders as their go-to is "we are out of that item", but they won't tell you that after you order it, pay, and wait for your food. You just won't get what you ordered.The management is rude and aggressive, and the employees act like any issue you bring to their attention is a joke.This Wendy's location is a joke, and needs shut down immediately.

We were pulled foward, food was cold. Forgot my daughter's food. And our drinks. I went inside. Lady on grill was wearing sweatpants. It was dirty. We are from out of state and visiting family. We won't return. Go 10 minutes down the road. It's not worth it.

I just went through the drive thru with my work shirt on knowing I work in food industry they should of known I work in food but still gave me the stale fries. But my sons happy meal was missing a nugget with everyone had cold fries but sandwiches fresh.

place is absolutely slow and don’t have respect or manners whatsoever. they had 2 cars pull ahead and park and wait for their food. sat in the drive thru line for about 25 minutes just waiting to receive my food.

First I waited forever to order no one in line because they was doing shift change which I have worked fast food and heard the manager tell the person behind me the same thing. Then they got my order wrong and had to add more to it which isn’t that big of a deal the gentleman was really friendly working the window. But what irritates me the most is I wait 10 minutes for food and it was dumped all over the bag I was missing two nuggets my chili wasn’t even barely half full and the beans were hard and it was cold In the nuggets I did get there was two in one one in another and two of them was just dumped everywhere it looked like my food was just thrown in never will I. Go here this was horrible $45 for nothing but food dumped in a bag that’s cold
