WHEN I ASKED THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE. I THEN ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND. THATS WHEN THEY PROCEEDED TO INSULT ME WITH HOMOPHOBIC SLURS AND THREATEN ME WITH PHYSICAL VIOLENCE. MY WIFE IS A WITNESS. I CAUGHT MOST ON CAMERA. WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.

Would be really cool if you guys would update your hours and actually stay open until it says ? I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s frustrating that it says you guys are open until 1 but close before 12?

Ordered a number 3 10pc nugget large. The lady did not ring it up correctly but from the communication we had she obviously mistook me asking to biggie size it as I was asking for a biggie bag. She could have just corrected it by asking if I’m trying to get a biggie bag or a combo. She was very nice and just upped my drink and fry. The fries were cold and had a aftertaste and was greasy. Probably old oil but who knows maybe it was just the amount of time they had been sitting. The nuggets were fine. I got a 6 pc spicy nugget 2 jr frostys and a large frosty. It was 20 dollars for 16 nuggets a fry drink and 3 frostys the fries sucked so bad and it really makes me question why even order fast food anymore? The food is poison the quality sucks and you pay a a lot for it. I use to work for Wendy’s when I was 16 and can’t believe that the food at this one was so poorly executed at 730 on a Saturday night when the restaurant looked dead. Who is running this place people pay good money for garbage. My girl tossed them fry’s in the trash no one wanted them. I guess it saved me some empty calories just not my wallet.

Monday a little past noon and 3 other customers and me. Slow. I know why. I made an order on mobile and they had no info on my order. Had to go inside and show them my phone order. Slow and not friendly staff.
I tried calling them more than 10 tines or more.I got some food for my two children.And they were throwing up constantly after eating...I was worried!I didn't want other children to get sick!Shame on you for not picking up the calls !and probably you making more kidis sick!

So the fatt white Girl in the drive thur window is rude and slow . And when I mean slow. She was special but not special. She was rude as hell. If she doesn't know how to deal with customers. Put her in the back or let her clean the toilets. And you guys wonder why your getting bad review. She wanted to argue over honey mustard sauce. If Wendy can't afford sauce then shut it down. But next time I'm coming in and that fatt girl can get all of my attitude. Her attitude is not bigger then mine.
