Have been here several times and enjoyed the food & service. Today we ate lunch, there was a black hair in the cole slaw. I took my plate to the counter and told the server. She went to the kitchen window & asked for a cup of cole slaw. Cook said something & she said there was a hair in it. She brought cup of slaw over & set it on the counter, when I didn't take it right away, she asked if I wanted another plate. I said yes. She got another plate & set it on the counter. I moved the fish & hush puppies but had no way of moving the mac & cheese. There was no apology and was not helpful at all. Didn't offer to get more mac & cheese or a spoon to transfer what I had. Very disappointed.

Had free coupons for meal and drink. Ordered salmon,. We had to pay for our drinks, said it was 5.34 tax. After waiting 10min or more, they were out of salmon. Ordered wh. fish and shrimp. White fish was not cooked throughly. Shrimp was good. We had won coupons at Symphony of Trees. Not sure I will return.

I've been here quite a few times before and I have never had a bad experience until this last time. The service was pretty average but the food I took to go was awful. Everything was such a mess. Normally everything is separated neatly with the Mac and cheese in a small, separate container and the corn on the cob wrapped in some plastic. This time it was all just thrown together. The juice from the unwrapped corn got all over everything and made the chicken and everything else soggy. I'll probably go back again as it's one of my favorite places to eat and, like I said, I've never had a bad experience before now. For right now though, I'm disappointed and still hungry.

I just got the worst piece of fish I’ve ever ordered. I couldn’t even cut through it with their plastic knife. I took it back to the counter and said you can have your fish back, two little bites out of it and they did and said nothing. I’ll not go back for at least a year .John
The fish we got tonight was horrible and definitely not the same. The pieces were half the size and shaped like small wedges. So overcooked it tasted like overcooked chicken with no flavor. For what we spent its ridiculous, fries,fish,chicken strips n hush puppies were way overcooked and seemed everything was cooked in the same grease. Tried calling and doesn't go through at all, wonder why?So who do i contact? Definitely won't be eating here anymore, waste of money as out of the 4 dinners only one was eaten.
