My order really sucked.. I ordered online and expected to have it hot and fresh when I picked it up. INSTEAD .....it was dry and not very warm. They pulled my order out of a warmer.....I checked my order tracker and it only showed where I placed it.... NOTHING in the preparation....baking ...or Done ..they didn't even check there orders cause when I picked it up they didn't even recollect I even placed an order.....Very unhappy with the whole deal

I've been ordering from this Little Caesars for 5 years now and the management & employees have always been... let's say "suspect" the majority of the time. And unfortunately with that, the product was never up to par with other Little Caesars. In fact, this store LITERALLY got my order incorrect 6 times in a row. Nothing majorly wrong & not the end of the world, but still incorrect 6 separate times in a row!?This past Saturday night I walked in and the guy at the counter actually acted like he had a clue and you could see that he cared. And not just that, he was very efficient, kind & helpful! My order was scheduled to be ready between 6:09-6:14, but was actually done way ahead of time, not way late like other times in the past! The best part was that my order was actually correct this time and it looked & tasted great!Dear Management, I'm a business owner & I know good employees when I see them. Please be sure to do whatever you can to keep the employees that were working in the evening this past Saturday, April 6th. Your business will flourish if you do.

I worked there until Angela the manager fired me cause I walked out without telling her cause she don’t know how to talk to anyone beside the ones she favor and the place is nasty and none of use really take our time on your food ? trust me they don’t care I done seen people use the bathroom and not wash their hands go outside and smoke and never wash their hands but I’m not telling anybody not to eat their I’m just advising to take a caution and plus I seen a person wipe their nose and make somebody pizza just nasty

I had heard the Little Caesars in Defiance was under new management and was eager to try. Went through the line and felt extremely rushed as the worker (Angela B.) talked to others. Slammed the window shut as I tried to pay for my order and as I sat there with money in hand she just started to talk to another employee. I was told it’ll be a 15 minute wait for 1 pizza when there was only one other car in the lot. Not the happiest…
Not the cleanest place, pizza could of been cooked a bit longer. Employees were friendly and welcoming.

Bought the deep dish Hawaiian Pizza tonight. It was amazing! We lived in michigan and little Ceasars was not our favorite. Figured we would give this one a try. This was one if the best pizzas we have ever had except in Chicago. We definitely will be frequent customers. Girl at window was super sweet when I asked if I could add to my order. Great prices compared to many others in area too.

The manager on duty had her hands full with her employees; employees were mouthy and rude. Food allergies are not a joke, and their behavior towards our special order was uncalled for. She did bring our food out to our car, though it was cold, and cheese barely melted. Sadly, I have worked for the company, and the owner didn't run his store like this back in the day. We won't be going back.Dietary restrictions: Our order was joked about, especially because we are allergic to tomato it was made into a big joke.
