This kitchen in Defiance is very hit or miss. Sometimes the chow mein is crunchy, sometimes the super greens are so under cooked you can barely eat them. Sometimes it feels like you got the chicken from Monday on a Thursday. But, Sometimes it's perfect.

I had placed an online order where it does not give you an option to select "No Ice" in your drink. When I arrived to pick up my order, I told the employee on the speaker that I did not want ice in my pop. She responded with "It's already made". So I had a nice large WATERED DOWN Dr. Pepper that day. There should not be an issue with getting a pop with no ice and I really don't understand why a pop was already made and sitting there to water down with ice in it for who knows how long before I even arrived to the speaker. I told myself I won't eat there anymore just because of this. Food price is expensive already. I should not have to accept a pop with ice in it that I didn't want.. I am the one paying for it. This was on 1/30/2024 at 12:29pm.

I hate writing this but here it is.Our food was terrible. The orange chicken tasted like only vinegar. The chow mein was inedible. We got take out to go to the river and eat. We got to our spot 15 minutes away. One fork.We took the orange chicken back. Not even an apology.Not going back. Oh yes we asked for a small water. No ice in it. It was not even cool.

As always a great place to eat. Clean restaurant with clean washrooms. I always stop here for lunch on my way to Indiana.Vegetarian options: Definite vegetarian options which are great alternative for a light yet very filling meal.Parking: A lot of space and easy to navigate.
I enjoyed the food. Definitely fast food with a tendency to be a bit slow and I’ve only really had one bad experience however that was when the store just opened. Since then it’s been pretty good, and they will continue to get my business.

Food is decent, but the rice could of been hotter. The lobby rarely gets clean but hey they leave the towel bucket behind the pop machine so you can just clean your table yourself haha.

The chow mein is usually good, sometimes its gone after ordering it which is fine I understand that . However the drive thru wait is ungodly long almost always and there is no way out of the drive thru line once you are in it . Sometimes there is more cabbage than noodles ?. Which isn't great. My chief complaint is that yesterday I ordered the usual chow mein with a small side order of sesame chicken instead the lady repeated teriyaki chicken I corrected her and she confirmed that she understood I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru of death and the chicken was teriyaki bit most upsetting was the amount of peppers and lack of actual chicken I paid for. ?
