Food prices to expensive what happened to the $5 sub now it's $30 for two foot longs and a cookie plus a churro. Franchise owners don't accept coupons and there's 3 in our town Defiance ohio. And there's no customer service anymore because Corporate doesn't have the time for customer complaints about raising the prices ? all this from an employee.

Lady dropped my chips on the ground and then placed it directly on top of my sub. Always out of breads. Worst place.

Once the only subway that was decent in town. Ordered 3 very simple subs with one being, and I stated very clearly, no mayo or sauces of any kind. When I got home, 20 min away I discovered that 2 of the subs were wrong with the one that was clearly ordered with no mayo actually was smotherd in mayo. Called the restaurant and was told that I could bring the sub back and they would remake it. I have a problem with the fact that I have the additional time and expense involved in their error with no offer for compensation. Restaurant was not busy either, clearly no one cared. Maybe spent less time on trying to get tips and more time on your quality. Won't be back!

Not only have they doubled their prices recently, but they've also cut down on portions to the point of being pathetic. I ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese sub, and they put 3 thin little slices (paper thin) of ham and 2 pieces of cheese cut in half, which equals 1 slice. I wanted no veggies. Just ham and cheese. It was pretty much all bread. They expected me to pay $6. for this. (And, expected me to pay extra for more meat and cheese.) The last time I went there, they had foot long subs for $5. And, the amount of meat and cheese was much more reasonable. They used to be good. They've just gotten greedy, pure and simple. All of their deli meats are artificial, anyway. It's all made from turkey. Not the "health food" that they've marketed it to be. That I could handle. But, now that they've gotten so greedy that you can't even get a decent sandwich there without going broke, that's it. I won't be returning. And, I hope they go out of business very soon.

Despite friendly staff, service is slow, extremely slow at times, even if you’re the only customer. Bless their little hearts….and then they want a tip, lol. If you’re in a rush just go elsewhere.BTW they also don’t take the coupons!!

Not what I ordered, can barely here what employee says over intercom. I figured they made numbers on the meals to simplify things. Ordered BMT and got turkey. I guess I should not have tipped my sandwich artist. ? Southside Subway is way better!
If you are gonna go here and want your sub to be correct, go inside and watch your sub being made.

Standard subway inside a Walmart. Minimal seating available. Very accessible from highway 24.Service was great.

However I'm a little disappointed by the fact that they don't accept the coupons that I'm sure we all receive in the mail every week. What's the deal Subway? I'm sure whatever the situation it's not the customer's fault. As a business owner, perhaps you chould Honor the coupons, especially with the struggle some families are going through, especially this time of year.
