I recently ordered a sandwich for my younger brother - keep in mind I don’t typically come here. He wanted the club sub and when I got home there was no bacon or turkey - looked like just a ham and cheese sub. I paid for a club sub and did not receive one. Honest mistake on the kids part and honest mistake for me not knowing what goes on that sandwich I guess - but I don’t work there period or come there often. I called the next day and they were very rude on the phone - which was a change of pace from the people who had served me the night before - very nice kids. They said because they made in front of me that they couldn’t get me a refund. I can understand that - in a world where everyone is a jersey mikes expert but I am not. I really wished it was handled better especially because I have my receipt and I personally work in customer service. I wish they would have made the moment right…

This is the worst place to go to in Delaware. They won't allow you to make or create your sub the way you want to without over charging you.it is ridiculous. They charged me for extra meat and I didn't even get extra meat

The kids that were working on 12/8/23 were not that great. When ordering one of my subs, I asked for cheese on both sides of the bread. When the sub was being made, I politely asked for cheese on the other side of the bread, like I asked in my order. When asking for this, the response I received was “ Well, that cost extra.” Is the rudest way. I replied with, “ That’s okay, I just really like cheese.”If I want to be talked to by a tiny bobber, I will go and talk with the middle schoolers, you never talk to a customer like that. We’ve never had a horrible experience like this before.

Wouldn’t let me have my birthday reward even though I proved it was my birthday and I was signed up for the emails. Really sucks it couldn’t have been handled better.
Wonderful service. Felt like hanging out with some friends. All of the staff here had a great attitude and it felt like they enjoyed each other and their job! They were super cool and picking up food here was a great experience. 5/5 stars :)

I ordered a portobello mushroom cheese steak sub and got mushrooms and cheese. I was told I had a store credit for a remade sandwich. When I tried to order the credit I was told they don't have a ticket under my name so they couldn't honor the credit. I guess I'm just out an $18 sandwich. I won't be back and I advise others to check the order at pickup before leaving the store due to the complete incompetence of the management and staff.

Absolute unprofessional staff, employee hung up the phone on me when requesting a refund due to my sub being incorrect. I was not allowed to speak to the manager as requested. They expected me the customer to drive 20 mins one way to exchange the sub for their mess. Complete Bull! I was a valued customer but after that low level of customer service i will not be returning to this location.
