I ordered the Green Goddess ciabatta sandwich, without peppers and the dressing. I was expecting thick sliced mozzarell, basil, tomatoes parmesan. What I received was totally underwhelming. It was a warm ciabatta role, with some melted parmesan amd the peppers I didn't ask for. So basically a bread sandwich. I don't think I'll back; the quality does not justify the over inflated pricing.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely will. This Panera has to be the worst store I have ever encountered. The manager Leilani has to be one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever met. She has her daughter working there who is a teenager with all her teenage friends so I’m assuming that’s where she gets her behavior from. I tried to call up there to speak to the manager but when I did she refused to talk to me and hung up on me over 4 times and I could hear her snickering in the background saying “no you answer, I don’t wanna answer” like how professional is this as a business owner. My teen daughter has been waiting for her last paycheck and we are now in March. They told my teen daughter to go in today and she did and there was no paycheck. My daughter does not have a vehicle so she needs to get a ride every time she has to go up there. My daughter asked for corporate’s phone number and they refused to give it to her. Terrible management. This should not be legal.

We had the coffee subscription. But over the past year the quality of the coffee has gone down. It’s to the point where I have a “free” coffee but I’ll go an extra 1/4 mile and pay for it from McDonalds.

Sorry, but I'm not paying higher prices for the menu items, plus a delivery fee, plus a "convenience fee" just to order delivery through the app. I understand a delivery fee, but also increasing food prices and charging a separate fee just for taking the order through the app is ridiculous. Not buying from places that pull these tricks for things that are the cost of doing business.

I only ordered a coffee and green smoothie through the drive thru and the smoothie wasn't even blended all of the way, there were huge ice chunks at the bottom of my drink wasting about half-- not to mention it was $8.50 for my two items.

I'm sitting there and watching people shiver with their coats on for a good HR and a half.Went up and asked to turn up the heat, the manager says their hands are tied, as the thermostat is locked.Went back into the eating area asked everyone and they said yeah it's pretty bad.IS PANERA BREAD GOING OIT OF BUSINESS OR IS THE THERMOSTAT SO LOW AND LOCKED SO PANERA CAN MAKE ITS #S IN ORDER TO INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE?AT WHAT POINT DOES CUSTOMER COMFORT COME UNTO PLAY - UNBELEIVABLEI watched at least 8 people come in and then leave after 10 min because of the cold. I was there about an hr.

I did the drive through as I always do.They were very fast and friendly.I always get the same think Value Duet Southern BBQ dsndwich and Tomato Soup.The sandwich was AWESOME toasted just right...good amount of cheese oozing from the sandwich, red onions were cooked just right..the chicken and sauce was just right...this sandwich deserved a 10 no doubt. The Tomato soup was hot..the croutons were in the bag and baguette was fresh.This is one of the BEST Panera Breads I have been to...will definitely return !!

I usually don’t post bad reviews unless they’re really bad, but 5 of the last 10 times I’ve eaten here, there’s been an issue with my food or order. This is one of the most recent times. This is the chipotle chicken avocado melt that has almost VERY little chicken, almost no avocado, and was cold. The people there are usually nice but the food is hit or miss.
