I've been to this Taco Bell several times through the years. Maybe five years ago we noticed that the management was rude and that there was always a mistake with every order. We stopped going to this location for years. Recently we decided to give them another chance after going to an activity with my kids, and we waited in line over 30 minutes and the order was wrong. I guess maybe we'll just give up on this location and focus on Victor's tacos or the Taqueria Ay Caramba next door.

Has to be the slowest Taco Bell on earth. Not sure if they need mire employees but it’s honestly shocking.WHad 4 cars including at the window in front of me and it took 40 minutes. There is a solid sit down Mexican restaurant next door that is way better and FASTERManagement needed to do something… hire more workers or get some people who do their job

I asked a worker where the bathrooms were, and the employee bluntly told me I was a dumb **s and the lobby was locked. Never again. I asked to speak with a manager and ended up ordering food. Absolutely disgusting. It seemed as if they had purposefully mushed all of the food, and he had a terrible attitude towards me. 0/10

This location constantly pretends to be closed. You can go through the drive thru at 10 at night, see people inside and lights on and they will ignore you. Today I tried to order inside at 8 pm on a Saturday and yet again the lobby was locked (it has NEVER) been open any of the times I have tried. There was a short line in the drive thru (not even to the speaker) and I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I just go to the sunbury locations, may as well close the entire location, since the workers pretend they aren't there anyway. I've lived in delaware for years and successfully ordered once.

I love going here late at night and getting tons of free food! The drive through crew always hooks me up with 10-20 free items and tons of hot sauces and napkins! Got a free gallon of Mt dew the other night!
Won’t recommend. Preordered online and had to wait 40 minutes in a massive line to get my food. On top of that the staff was extremely rude and I didn’t get anything I asked for. I’m never going here again.

We ordered a ton of food as usual. There was nothing on it. No sauce, nothing. This food is expensive. It’s all she’ll and nothing else. We do not want to drive all the way back there again. The manager had an attitude and did not really want to fix it. He said we will receive the same thing, same proportions, and no sauce. He said he doesn’t have the time to talk to us but we would get the same thing. Anyway, Wendy’s has a really good orange creamsicle frosty and loaded nacho sandwich so we will go there for now on. We don’t want to eat that stuff again. We will be eating just tortilla shells tonight I guess. 3-30-2024 9 p.m.

This franchise is cheap. They will put the lowest amount of meat in your food or not add it at all. This is my 3rd visit and they “forgot” the main item of my box every time. When I told them they got rude with me. They just toss your items in the bag my cheese and chips were busted open each time. Just go to the one on 37. If you don’t you’re more than likely going to have to drive back to tell them they forgot half your meal.
