Went for Breakfast, hadn’t been in a few months, waited almost a hour for food, it wasn’t what we were used to from here. Gravy was horrible, bacon grease gravy with a grease taste, glad I got French toast, it was good. Probably won’t be back in a while. 1waitress wasn’t able to keep up. We didn’t blame her for the situation, she was very nice. The scramble had the grease gravy and no potatoes, no sausage and no peppers or onions, it looked gross. Maybe the cook needed to read the menu item descriptions. This was our go to breakfast place but probably not anymore. Sad.

We were invited here by family and had an amazing time.... Anthony was the best server we've had in a long time and we loved the live music, O'neill & Martin, they were so great! We ordered food and it was wonderful. Highly recommend this place and plan to come back soon!

It's too bad you cannot be greeted when you walk in the door and sit at the bar. Then you get to sit and watch bartenders walk around and still not greet you as you sit right in front of them....for 5 minutes! The owner needs professional bartenders who don't drive the business down. And the place is filthy. What a joke!!!!

This was a bad lunch. We had 5 orders of food, the first two orders took 45 minutes and the last 3 orders took another 25. Even when the food came out, the buns on the burgers were very hard to eat and the other food was not good either. The service was not good, my group did not get checked on once during the hour and a half we were there. On a good note, the atmosphere was quite nice, there were many games like darts and pool that were all available to be played at a low cost. I personally would come back to have a fun time with some friends or just to hangout but I would not order food here again unless there were improvements made in the kitchen.

Stay away! It took over 45 minutes to get the first two meals and they weren't even busy. The last three meals arrived about 20 minutes later. My medium burger was well done and really burnt, the bun was hard as a rock (two top buns) and not edible, and my fries were cold. The server never came back after taking our order. After spending about 2 hours, we finally tracked down the server to get a check. Horrible experience.

There was one other table seated. We ordered soup. We waited for over an hour. Some people left. I stayed:( Soup had a film on top and was almost cold. NEVER GO THERE. Apparently, this is standard for the Jug.

Sri (New Owner) is rockin this place! New remodel in every way... floors, tables, walls, decor! And it is CLEAN! The kitchen is working some magic with the new menu, offering the new Best Pizza in town, and everything from Wings to Salmon Dinner, with choices for everyone! My go-to favorite is the SW Chicken Salad. Portions are huge with leftover containers always available. The staff is ramping up their game, and they are running with a positive vibe. The entertainment is becoming diverse, offering nights for Karaoke, Bingo, Bands, Euchre, darts, pool tables, and adding more new ideas every week. Thank you, Sri, for bringing The Jug to a whole new level!
