My son took me here for my birthday, it was late on a Friday evening. Our waitress was so nice and recommended to combine the two dishes that I couldn't decide between. The combined dish was Parmasen crusted Chicken on fettuccine alfredo and was so good. Thank you so much for the recommendation!
Absolutely excellent meal, with service that I’d given SIX STARS if I could..the red sauce is just right, the mashed red potatoes (with the skins still on) were FABULOUS, and bread heavenly (oh, that garlic butter!!). One issue…the facilities need to be cleaner, hence the four stars. But a great place overall!

We made a 40 minute trip from Columbus to Delaware to try The Warehouse and it did not disappoint. We had about a 20 minute wait, but as soon as we sat down, we were waited on quick enough and after placing our order the food came out quickly.My only complaint, which isn’t really one, is that our server never checked on us, but she consistently watched us and our plates were always taken away quickly and boxes were given to us quickly when it was obvious we were done.The restaurant isn’t too big, and it was extremely busy on a Friday night at 6:30.I loved the eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant was so smooth in texture and crispy. I would definitely order again.We will definitely return.

Overall this was not a great or a terrible visit. My wife and I were joined by another couple and this trip just didn't live up to the hype I gave it sadly. It was more of a let down compared to my multiple visits to the Marion location. The food was decent to good, but somehow seemed different than Marion. The atmosphere had more of the feel of a crowded Mexican or Chinese restaurant than what I thought was going to be a casual+ dining experience. Lastly, our waitress was just not present. She seemed very disconnected the entire meal. If you are looking for decent to good Italian that is not Olive Garden, I would have not problem visiting. It just did not live up to the road trip we made to enjoy a meal before going to look at Christmas lights.

The restaurant was busy and I wanted to order a to-go order of Lasagna. The Host couldn't take my order "because it had to be a server". I waited for about 20min. and nobody every took my order. I got fed up and left! They really need to work on their Customer Service!! It's been months since I ate here because I had an interesting experience the last time. I'm pretty sure I won't be back. When I've actually been served food in the past, the flavors are ok.

Quite busy on a Friday evening at 5:30. Side salad was quite acceptable and the French onion soup was very good. Bread service was a crusty Italian bread with a herbed butter that was good as well. For entrees, the chicken Parmesan was excellent. (Our server suggested next time to try chicken Parm Alfredo, which sounds awesome, will definitely try!) The lasagna was also very good, although it came out only warm and not hot. The kitchen was quite busy so I'll give them a bit of a pass and will try to return on a less busy night, because I do expect we'll try it again despite being a bit of a drive for us.
