I was trying to order and the employee kept saying "is there anything else" all rude and huffy. We got to the window and they shoved our food out at us. We got home and it was all wrong and food was missing. I immediately tried to get the corporate number (because this was not the first time we had extremely terrible service)and the employee started laughing and said "yeah... I'm going to have to look for it. I hung up and called another Wendy's and spoke to their manager. She offered to replace all the food but I'm not so sure I even want to eat there again. If I could give less 'stars' for service I would!

Young lite skin girl taking orders never greets you all she does is take order no thank you for coming in.i told her she should greet and say thanks but that was over her head it's just a shame to be treated that way. She did that to other people .not only to me. You can be young but you can say thanks. My order was ready and she didn't look to see if ready. She was talking to another young blond girl.i am at your store all the time. This is not her first time that I have dealt this her always the same. Young people just don't get it. Thank you for your time.please take care of problem or I am going to call corporate.

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Lunch times seem to be this building best time to get food but in the evening's the past 3 experiences were terrible. The hamburger buns are so saturated with grease from sitting so long it's like your eating mashed potatoes. The meat is so dry and mostly burt around the edges of the patty and its pretty chewy and cold. I wouldn't even use it as chili meat! The drinks have been coming out as pop colored soda water or tastes like they mixed 2 different pops together and added water to it.
