Katana is not as good as it used to be. No longer offers hibachi and has a young kid (under 10?) working cash register and doing drinks which shouldn't be allowed. Lower quality when it comes to chicken, but sushi is decent.
Most importantly, they are open for dine in seating too. As of November 15th 2021! I have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened and the only time I was disappointed was due to Covid causing them to close for a short time, lol! I have been in many different cities and states and have had some great Japanese food and Katana is right up there in the top 5 restaurants i had the pleasure of dining at. Went here with my team for the lunch buffet. There weren't a ton of options but everything they did have was amazing. The 3 or 4 types of chicken, lo mein and crab Rangoon were very good. They did have shrimp, pork dumplings and other selections as well. Staff was very friendly and attentative. Lunch with water was around $10 before tip. Well worth it!
