Can never have orders done on time at this store. I don’t mind waiting but when I order 10 minutes in advance and show up well after the pickup time and my drink hasn’t even been made is a little ridiculous. Don’t waste your time, go to the New Phila location faster and better service!

Twice I've visited while out holiday shopping trips and twice I been bummed. I was looking forward to my 2x yearly peppermint mocha. The employee on the speaker box says they don't have the syrup. BUT! The real holiday joy came from being blocked in front and rear by other drive thru customers, on the sides blocked by curbage and landscaping. No drink order was placed by anyone in my vehicle, but we still had to wait in the line. The line can not be exited, so whether they have peppermint mocha syrup or not, you're waiting in line just to leave.(they did not have the syrup on Nov 30 or today, Dec 10)

I am disappointed that this is drive thru only. I can make coffee at home, even the frou frou stuff. A coffee shop is an experience to enjoy. If you take away the experience, I will stay home and save the money, or I will go to another shop where I can sit and read it chat with a friend over my expensive coffee.
