Didn't look like the place was open because there was no one at the counter...after being at the counter for a short period of time 3 young ladies came out from the back giggling & laughing...one young lady greeted me & asked what I would like to order while the other 2 stood off to the side & continued to laugh & giggle...a car drove up outside & all 3 of them were more interested in who was in the car than they were on finishing my order...there did not appear to be any adults working at the time...I come from a food service background (18 years of experience) & I realize most places are short-staffed but there needs to be an adult there...I will more than likely not be returning to this Subway

Walked down to Subway on Wooster Avenue from my house, and when I walked in they told me it would be a 30 min wait, because they had a large order they were fulfilling on the mobile app! That is rediculous!! This Subway has been going downhill for sometime now. Used to be the best Subway in the area, not any more. This was the last straw, will not be back. And it is only a block and a half from my house. I have spent a lot of money there in the last 25 years. They won't get anymore! ?

Typically subway doesn’t give me real issues, but the last couple times I’ve ordered there is some error on my order. Either the wrong bread, no sauce, wrong cheese, not toasted. It’s little things that are frustrating when I’m paying roughly $10 a sub. I just find that unacceptable.

Placed an order to pick up, When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "store closed due to staffing issues" all lights were on, several employees were in the dining area but no customers, all food cases were closed, I knocked on the door because I was a little confused but nobody reacted in any way. I opened the door and ended up getting the order but they told me that they were in fact closed and when I asked why they even took my order he replied "because we didn't have a choice". There is no chance I am eating food that someone prepared against their will. I dont know who screwed what up, but I don't believe I should have to pay for it. I would appreciate a correspondence or credit, website doesn't have much for contact info, and the leave feedback page isn't working correctly so here I am
