Tonight - 4/13/24- Ordered a BLT wrap with some chicken strips (nuggets) and BBQ sauce…. Amongst some other food. Got home (10 minute drive) and the wrap was a Buffalo chicken wrap and sauce was marinara sauce. Thought… maybe I could try the Buffalo wrap (though I’m not a fan of spicy food but am hungry) and the wrap literally fell apart in my lap upon opening. I imagine the buffalo sauce made it sloppy. Immediately I had to clean hot sauce out of my blouse. Though I understand mistakes - this was the topping to an already bad day. ?…and I was left hungry…as the nuggets and other food were not for me. Thankfully I keep BBQ in my fridge.

One of the better fast food restaurants. Their sandwiches come with various meats to choose from. Dining room closes relatively early, but drive-thru stays open until midnight. Coupons are an added means of saving money and come in the mail on a monthly basis.

It's Arby's, what more can I say? Fortunately, the food is better than their commercials. If you place an order at a fast food restaurant, and you receive your order, and there are no nuts and bolts, it's a plus. I will have to tell you about eating hardware at a different chain another time.

This has been the second time I've gone to this branch and ordered a BIG CHEESY BACON BURGER through the drive thru and wasn't given my bacon on the burger. I ordered 3 roast beef sliders and the big cheesy bacon burger. The sliders as well as the burger were cold as well as the buns. The cheese wasn't even melted on the buns. Took them in to confront them, and what they did was to shove the sliders into the microwave to heat them up and be given back to me. They then took the meat patty, which was stone cold and did something to it but it obviously wasnt to cook it properly, and in less than 45 seconds, they had it on the buns. After checking it again, the patty was cold. That's when they said they would give me a refund for the burger. I'm so disappointed because I thought Arby's made their food fresh and hot off the stove, but it looks like they just cut cold meet and microwave it to be given to their customers.

They changed the 2 for $7 meal deal. No more chicken sandwich. They have mozzarella sticks or chicken nuggets instead. They also don’t put the cheese sauce on the roast beef anymore. The Mac n cheese bites you only get 4 for $3.99 and that is pricey. They are ok.
