We had a party of 7. We were put in this old booth. The bench seats were so worn in we were chest high to the table. The back section of the restaurant had a large table. We asked to be moved but we were told the section was closed. About 15 minutes later there was a group of 7 sitting at the table in the "closed section". The dining was uncomfortable and the food was just OK.

The service was horrible went there from out of town to celebrate my son's birthday took over an hour to get the food and it all can out cold. I would not recommend going to this place ever!!! Our bill was still $80 after spending 3 hours there. The manager really didn't seem to care either after we made a complaint it took her 30 minutes to come to our table. Never go to this restaurant unless you want over priced cold food and horrible service!!!

The food came out cold and the server did not come back and check on us. One person in my party did not eat their chicken Alfredo because it was cold. They did remove it off the bill.

This is the third time I have been to a BJ’s. None of my trips to BJ’s have been great. They have been a place to full a void of hunger. This one kinda accomplished this, but with terrible pizza. No sauce on the 5 meat pizza. Crust was ok. Carryout at a pizza chain would have beat this pizza. The two types of house beers we had were skunked and/or the lines were dirty. This was not the servers fault, he was perfect. I don’t send food back. I shouldn’t have to. Tomorrow is another day for hopefully better food. Two guys with upset stomachs, 3 strikes you are out.

Service was slow due to being crowded. We made reservations, which was good. Food was great. More on pricey side. Almost $90 for two dinners, one appetizer and two drinks (one alcoholic)

Went there last night to eat and was told we would have a 20-25 minute wait. I even got a text saying that it would only be that long. After 35 minutes of waiting, we watched 28 people leave and not one table being sat. I asked the host about how much longer (making sure I gave him my name), he told me that he couldn't give me an exact time but it would be another hour to hour and a half. I showed him the text I received from 35 min ago for a 20-25 minute wait and he just shrugged at me. My husband and I left because we were hungry and didn't want to wait 90 more minutes, which would have had us seated at 8:30 when we arrivedat 6:20. We were 5 minutes down the road and got the text our table was ready.

I haven't been to BJ's in a long time and probably won't go back anytime soon. We only had 7 instead of 9 which isn't too large of a party to accommodate imo. We arrived early and although there was tables available they said it would still be a wait until our reservation time allow the kitchen to catch up; fine. The service came and went too fast; someone would say they wanted something or order something and he'd walk away before another could get his attention. He'd forget about a drink or an item and rush off to get it making several trips and leaving us wantjng him. For example; I ordered water and said needed a few more minutes to make my beer selection while he took everyone else's order. He brought the waters and a bottle of wine ordered with 3 wine glasses. Only 2 were needed so he rushed off to get rid of the extra glass; meanwhile he hadn't come back for my beer order and didn't get it from me before going back to the bar with the glass. He'd ask us if we were ready to order and when we said yes he'd say ok I just need to go get my table and leave. This happened more than once which seemed odd that he'd ask us if we were ready when he wasn't and other servers were wearing their tablets. My beer was just ok and my mahi mahi which dried was recommended as better than baked tasted like old oil. The only thing I liked was the Pizookie which even then was too gooey for a lot of us. The waiter forgot the kid pizookie but was kind enough to give her a regular size one to make up for the error. Overall everyone was ok with the experience but no one loved it.

Food and service wasn’t good. Only good item we got was the sweet potato fries and they were cold. Prices are very high too.

Our food was cold, we did not receive all our dishes that were ordered, a table of five came in after us and was served first and the waitress actually went back to their table to check on them. We were all thirsty. We were there over 2 1/2 hours for basically bar food. And still no drinks. Will not be back.

Food was okay, restaurant is dirty, food on the walls mirrors and artwork. Management needs better training.

The heavy set blonde hostess was very rude and super unhelpful. Our group of 6 left before even sitting down strictly because of her attitude. We will no longer have company outings at this location.

I took my sons to this restaurant for our yearly tradition of going out together for Valentine’s Day, and I have to take the time to leave a good review of our time!First of all, the food was amazing! Their deep dish pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had! Lots of cheese and topping, and the crust was delicious. My boys also enjoyed their famous pizookie. It tasted as if it were fresh out of the oven. There was a tiny mix up with our bill, and I want to spend the second part of my review praising the management and staff! Shane, the manager, was very pleasant and offered above and beyond what I would have even expected as a remedy. He made sure that we were 100% happy and well taken care of. You just don’t always find that kind of management, and it meant a lot to me.We have definitely found our new favorite restaurant in town!

So disappointing. We got mozz sticks and a flatbread pizza for an appetizer. My mozz sticks were cold. Then the pizza didn’t come out until 5 minutes after our meals come. We got a salad and soup with our meals and the freaking soup wasn’t even hot! Then I got a steak that wasn’t even cooked right. We will never go to this restaurant again.

My sister tries to call the day before to put in reservations. Raven said that they couldn’t do it to call back the day of at 11. So she did and she was told no they don’t do that. So she came in at 5 to get our name in. She was told an hour and half for a table. We did not sit until 7:45. They acted as if they didn’t want to accommodate a big party any time we asked about our seats. Once we got to finally sit, which was not together because by the time we were going to leave they came up with seats. To top it off went to get a beer and none of the drafts were working. Supposed to be a brew house. This was my second time ever here and my last.Response: we let him know. He wasn’t the best at helping. Didn’t offer any type of discount. So never again
