Haven't been to a bob evans in ages (except the one time I did work on the 161 locations kitchenand I wouldn't eat there after that) and boy did I miss absolutely nothing about this place. While we did come in during a busy time the restaurant was not packed. Our server was alright, it seemed a bit understaffed and our server was a bit spread thin but she was trying (I do wish that our server stopped by more often). The food was alright at best and took FOREVER to get out (by the time we ordered the restaurant was half full). I probably won't ever return to a bob evans ever again, there's not much to miss here.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp

I guess we take for granted the pleasure of being able to go here anytime we want. We were visited by one of our friends from Arizona. He always makes it a priority to go to Bob Evans when he visits. Going there with him was fun seeing how much he loves it. Our food was great and the wait staff was very friendly. We will be returning again soon!

Worst service I have ever experienced from a restaurant. Waited over an hour for our food. Ants on the window sill. Had to ask for us to get drinks when they were empty. Other people were getting up and leaving because it was taking too long. Think twice before going to this bob Evans especially if you don’t have 2 hours to sit down and eat.

Friendly customer service for carryout, pancakes were great, however the fresh fruit ironically, visibly moldy and smellyKid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals, portion sizes, and options are downsized for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The front sidewalk has handicap parking spots and lined spaces for handicap individuals to get out of their cars from their parking spots.

I visit this Bob Evan’s on a weekly basis. Hands down best Bob Evan’s I’ve ever had! Food is amazing and the staff is super professional!! So kind and will go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is your best! Highly recommend! A+++Kid-friendliness: My kid loves it here!! And more importantly he loves the staff. Almost no one else here from 6-7pm on a Monday night and it took over 45 minutes before we even got drinks. Just horrible service. Food was cold too.

This was a pickup order. Picked up within 15-20 minutes. Food was cold enough to have been sitting for much longer. This Dinner Bell turkey meal was missing mashed potatoes, butter container for rolls was foamy and nearly empty. Cranberry sauce was cold and jelly-like. This is my final visit to this location after nearly 20 years. Two other family members had already stopped ordering from there. So disappointed.

We recently moved by here from Blacklick. The Bob Evans was one of our favorite places off of East Broad. This location seems to have problems. We wait almost 5 mins before being greeted and at least 10 mins before seated. It was dead, maybe tables. All of the kids food were fine, fries a little cold. I got the steak medium rare with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. The steak was rare, luckily I like rare steak so it wasn't a problem. But could be for someone else. Mac n cheese cold, mashed potatoes good. My gfs got the country fried steak with mashed potatoes. She said it was very good. The restaurant itself was clean, but oddly cold inside. Our server was super nice. Her name escapes me but it was a old woman and she apologized for some of the mess ups. I'll come back once more to see if it was a fluke.
