I made an order today through the bk app and went to pickup my order. At first these guys told me that they cannot find my order and they cannot help me. After arguing for 10 minutes, they found out my order and told that their system was "slow". I was completely frustrated and disrespected. In addition to that, he only half filled my soft serve cup. When I asked if he could add a bit more, he gave me a rude look and said no. This is the worst experience I had with burger king!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Could not communicate at all with 2 different people . Order was right than he deleted it and asked for the 4th time what we wanted. Drove off. I've tried 3 times to go to this one and they can't seem to take orders at all.

Walked in and there was no one around, behind the counter or in the food prep area. Waited a minute, and said out loud are they being robbed and all in the back, then someone finally.came.out and took our order.

Ordered 2 orders of the 2 for 5$ jr.s. Asked for my order to being cooked to order. Didn’t get the 2nd order of burgers. Onion rings were not cooked to order. Burgers were not cooked to order. Not even hot when u got home. Tiniest piece of meat. Old and dry af. What a waste of money. Completely disappointed.

Literally every sandwich was wrong. HOW? How is that possible?. Tried to call no answer - no voicemail. Have it your way my fanny?
